Im almost AFRAID to share my secret weapon for a healthy vehicle since Ive lived in Georgia but, theyre just too amazing too keep quiet! The locals KNOW how honest and talented these mechanics are here and they take their vehicles nowhere else. Ive always gotten upfront estimates that never exceed the cost of repair for four solid years. I was even told that I didnt need to get a major tune-up on my 2005 Malibu because it was too soon (can you IMAGINE a mechanic that honest?!). These lovely people will let you know what is absolutely necessary if youre on a tight budget - they are full of compassion that way. If you just need the bucket of bolts to run - they will let you know UP FRONT, in WRITING, how much that will cost you. Best part is, there are plenty of places to wile away the hours while you wait for your repairs to take place, within walking distance. Just hand them the keys, along with your cell number and stroll to Walmart, Cracker Barrel or the Shannon Mall until the work is done. I thought that I was sunk, when I left my dad in New York because he always took my car to the mechanic shop for me there. But, I have been in very good hands with this Precision Tune. I will never take my car to another shop for as long as I live here, because I know that as a single woman, who knows ZERO about cars, Im safe. P.S. They will remind you with a note in the mail (attached to a coupon) that its time to get your oil changed. AND the local paper is always FULL of coupons for their services. Yeah!

SCAMMERS!!!! BEWARE!!! Picked up my car from this auto shop 3 days ago on Friday, July 28th paying $500 for services including a diagnostic fee, battery replaced, oxygen sensor replaced, and an oil change. On Sunday I noticed that my passenger AC is no longer working and blowing hot air. Took it back to this Percision auto location in Union City to request them to look at it because when I dropped off my car the AC was in perfect working condition. I was told that it would be a $70 fee just to look at it after paying $500 for services and knowing that there was absolutely no problem with my air conditioning before being serviced by this auto shop. Save yourself money and look somewhere else for quality service before you find something else wrong with your car when you pick it up.

My first visit here will be my last!! Went to this place for the first time yesterday. Waited at the front desk for 5 minutes with no one in sight. The lady finally comes out and tells a guy in the waiting area "Im not gonna let that dummy change your oil because he doesnt know what hes doing"! Im like okkkkk???Then she looks at me and tells me they are done for the day and I could not get an oil change!! It was only 5:30 and they close at 6!!! The guy in the garage told me to go inside to be checked in. He never said it was too late! Guess Ill go back to Jiffy Lube which is just as bad but in other ways!! Smh. Glad I didnt waste my money here.

Really helpful, informative , and funny. Up front people always glad to help and at a desent prices, Alana is a great coversationalist, Ronnie & David (great mechanics) were able to properly diagnosis that Thermastic housing in the car had a leek. Of course when they told me the price to fix I dint have it. So they gave me another avenue until I could bring it back. Thanks to them.... Going back today for them to fix it...appreciate the help and warm atmosphere :)

I will never go there again. The lady at the front desk was rude and laughed at me as I was walking out because I did not want to pay $53 for a diagnostics test. I went up the street to Pep Boys they listened to the sound my car was making and told me what was wrong for free. The lady gave a bad impression for the company and they lost a customer.

Absolutely love this place. Ive been bringing my car here for years. The owners and David are great helps when it comes to solving issues. It is pretty quick to get an oil change and they give you a realistic time frame for the work to be completed. Parking may be a little slim and they can get pretty busy but the earlier you go the quicker it is.

Really kind, cordial, and up front people always glad to help and at a fair price, Alana is a great coversationalist, Ronnie & David (great mechanics) were able to properly diagnosis that the cooling fans in the car werent working in a very timely manner, and started work immediately, appreciate the help and warm atmosphere :)

A HUGE thanks to Gordon and Donna who saved me $1500 when my Mazdas AC went out! The problem was a short in the system requiring soldering connections, as opposed to replacing the entire AC compressor (which is what other mechanics said needed to be done). This sort of fix isnt in the published manuals! Thanks guys!

I brought my car in for tyre rotation and wheel balancing. The mechanics showed me the poor condition of the tyres and advised they be replaced. They didnt try to push anything on me though. Their quote for the tyres was comparable with online prices. Overall, I was satisfied.

Horrible....people were nice but didnt get the job done. I had to come back after I purchased the premium package and things were still NOT done on my car. My oil light keeps coming back on but I refused to go back there and it had only been a week
