Customers Beware!!! The mechanics will try to get over. I went in for a brake leak. Instead of trying to fix the main problem, the mechanic tried to sell me parts I didnt need. He also used the scared tactic that if I didnt get certain things fixed I wouldnt be able to drive home. The interesting part about this is that he started all this talk after the manager left. The situation ended with me telling him Im not paying another dime (the original job cost $200 & was about to increased to approx. $600 w/ the additional work he needed to do) . I grabbed my keys and drove off! The rep at the front desk called me later and offered to put the part in without charging. I guess he contacted the manager and realized the mechanic was not doing his job properly. I would advise anyone who doesnt know about cars to get estimates, shop around and price the parts, ask lots of questions and go to a place that has a reputation for providing quality service. After checking the car, a good mechanic will tell you up front what needs to be fixed. A bad mechanic will supposely fix the car.. Tell you they are almost done, find something wrong, tell you additional work is needed.. supposely fix it but more additional work is needed.. and the price for the parts and/or labor gets higher and higher.. Thats an example of a bad mechanic and a shady salesman. BEWARE!!!!!!

I have had several jobs done at this company and the work was bad or not completed at all. I was told one of the managers owe the company $17,000 for stealing from the customers. I have all receipts and I have never put in the system as having a job done on my car and I am very upset. I have been paying a lot of money to get my brakes done to find out the job has not been completed the right way. Recently I got my brakes down again and heard noise, when I took the car back Reggie was trying to diagnose the issue without looking at the car at all. He was rude and argumentative instead of trying to look at the car. I called my roadside only to find out my wheel locks were stripped/damaged with a machine or power drill and he said the wheel could have popped off. Had the manager looked at it and not tried to diagnose the issue himself he would have known that. I am upset and never going back there again but I am going to complain until I get resolution to this terrible company. They guys talk and play too much and I think they should be more focused on servicing the customers car so less mistakes will occur. I do not have money to waste for service not completed. Stay away from this company in Riverdale. I think the one in Stockbridge maybe better. I live near this one but will drive just for better service.

i took my car in for a rear brake job. i had a coupon for $79 including the resurfacing of the rotors. once they had the car on the rack they told me a vital piece of hardware was missing on the calipers and would cost $300 to repair. I told them never mind as my car was only a year old and was still under warranty from the dealership. i said i would take it to the dealership. then they said it was dangerous to drive on and they would just do the brake job,so i got the brake job.The following week I took my car to the dealership along with the printout that just brakes had given me of the things they said were wrong with my car. the dealership said nothing was missing on my brake hardware and that they had NOT been resurfaced as stated. I then had to pay to have my brakes resurfaced. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO JUST BRAKES! they deliberately tell you that you need expensive repairs that are NOT needed, just to increase your bill.

I took my jeep grand cherokee to this location because they had done some front end work on my wifes car, and I was very happy with the work. I decided to let them change the breaks on my jeep and they noticed I had a small leak from a seal in the rear around the drive shaft. They repaired it and I noticed after a week that there was still a slight drip on my garage floor. I called them they asked me to bring it back, I wasnt to happy because I was very busy but I did, come to find out the parts store accidently delivered a faulty part. They quickly got another one fixed it no questions asked and even changed the oil for me for free because of the inconvenience. Brittany and Johnny you guys are the real deal thanks.... MIke

the just brakes in newnan ga have con men. i called made a date and time to have brakes done on a 2005 ford explorer my wife took the car in to have the 99.00 dollar deal done she called me about a hour after she arrived to say we needed to spend 1.000 dollars to fix brakes on a car with 45.000 miles on it she told the manger we could not spend that much so he lowered the price to 500.00 dollars still she told him we could not pay that so he lowered the price to 300.00 dollars i got on the phone with him told him to just do the 99.00 dollar deal this was just the pads they do not turn the rotors or grease the pistons for this price . TAKE YOUR CAR TO A REAL SHOP OR THE DEALER

I wouldnt have given any stars. They are straight hustlers. They come out telling everyone that everything is fine and then offer a scheduled service at dealer prices. Eric is the biggest crook there. He acted like he called the dealership for a price on a hub for me. Came back claiming they quoted him over 800 and the part being over 600. He offered to do it there for 640 only charging me a little over a hundred for labor and the part at cost....lmao! I left dropped my truck off at Ford and paid dealership cost of 281.00 part being 140 and labor at 120 for an hour.... DO NOT LET THEM RIP YOU OFF!

I had the best experience here! Josh made sure everything that my vehicle needed was taken care of and the pricing is great! I went in for brake service and found out that I needed an O2 sensor as well. They replaced it and Im so glad I got this taken care of before something major went wrong. I have noticed a HUGE increase in the miles per gallon my car gets. Im so glad I came to see Josh. Also, the service was really quick and Josh was very informative and friendly. And I like that he didnt pressure me into getting anything extra. Thanks again Josh!

Exceptional service, knowledgeable staff. While traveling on I-75, our brakes went out on our RV. We were very fortunate that Just Brakes answered our call. John helped us find a wrecker (Simmons Towing) after AAA proved too incompetent to help us, and waited for hours to make sure our vehicle was at their facility. The next morning they started working on it at 7am, didnt try to sell up anything we didnt need and didnt gouge us. The woman at the counter was courteous and prompt with our billing. They were awesome.
