This place is a Scam, Crooked and will do anything to take your money!!! BEWARE!!!! On Monday I went to inquire about their AC coolant service and was told by the Manager Tasha that it was 179.99 and that they check all components of the car before doing the service and that if there was an issue that they wouldnt do the service as it would be a waste of money. On Thursday I scheduled to have my wife bring her car up there to have her AC repaired as it wasnt working and with her being pregnant I didnt want her or my daughters sitting in this GA heat. This place is crooked guys, I my wife took her car there last Thursday to get her AC fixed. They supposedly checked the car for any issues then told my wife that everything looked good and began to service to restore her air. My wife didnt drive her car at all on Friday and by Saturday all the AC was gone. I took it back up there and the manager named Tasha said that they were not even supposed to check the car but they did us a favor and that we were just out of luck as far as the service. My wife is pregnant and we got scammed by this company. We paid $202.58 for 1 day of air conditioning. A service rep walked out to the car with me and said that what was going on was messed up and that everything should have been checked. He asked me to leave the car for them to look at so we did. 90 minutes later he called me saying that the compressor is leaking ( something that should have been checked) that the parts are another $240.00 and labor is another 280.00. I asked would the &202.00 be deducted and he said that she wouldnt do that. I refuse to ever spend another dollar at a crooked place tike Precision Tune!! To make matters worse, this is the place where we get all our maintenance done but after this, we be going elsewhere. So we have the car towed to P.A.T. in Riverdale at 11am Wednesday they tell us, "they will let us know whats wrong with it." Mind you, NO CAR FOR THE DRIVE HOME. Wait for 3 hours before they say, "they are busy, will call you FIRST THING IN THE MORNING and let you know what the problem is." 8 am comes around no call. Finally we call at 11am and spoke to some female and she said, "someone will call us back within an hour to hour and a half." That didnt happen. We call back 2 hours later. A Mechanic answers and says, "the car is almost done, Ill have the mechanic working on it call you back in 5 minutes." Well...THAT NEVER HAPPENED EITHER. We are thinking, "working on it?" We want to know whats wrong with it before you start working on it. TIMES ARE HARD. Anyways, still waiting, going on 3pm Thursday afternoon and they close at 6pm. We decide to take a cab up there to see WHATS REALLY GOING ON. Sure enough we get up there, car sitting in the parking lot with the hood up and a clip board of a DIAGNOSTIC REPORT. We go in there and my husband asks, "whats going on?" they say, "we cant find out whats wrong with it." They also told us they been working n it for 6 hours. Im heated by now. My husband talks to another mechanic and the mechanic tells him, "its the IGNITION CONTROL MODULE and they would have to go to the dealers to get it and it cost 500$ in parts and labor." So my husband being the person he is, looks it up and low and behold it cost 135-155$ and between 73-93$ for labor. This to me is just DISGUSTING!!! No one knew what the hell was going on, nor was there any communication between any of them. As far as Im concerned, THEY TRIED THEIR HARDEST TO RIP US OFF!! Better luck next time cause you guys at P.A.T. tried to dig deep in our pockets and got nothing but BUNNY EARS/DUST BUNNIES AND KNIT PICKIES!! I DONOT RECCOMEND ANYONE TO GO TO THIS PLACE! They are THEIVES and probably not even REAL CERTIFIED MECHANICS!

I have been here 2 times. T time it was good. But recently I went for an oil change and my hood was originally broke and would not close all the way. I told the workers that it would not close an dto leave it alone. one day as I was driving on the interstate my car started to overheat due to no coolant when I tried to tend to it I found my hood totally closed all the way when it usually is to stay somewhat open it would only lock. I knew that they had completely closed my hood up without telling me after I told them not to close it or force it closed. Well my car overheated and I was not able to open my hood to put in coolant because it was closed and I did not have any tools to open it (which was why I told them do not force it closed instead they did) due to the over heating my core hose had a slit in it from where it bust because I had to try to drive it to an auto place to get something to open the damn hood up. When I called them to see why they had messed with my hood it was a terrible attitude and even hung up in my face. I wanted to support this black family owned business but never again will I go back ...RUDE ASSES

I went there on July 3, 2017 for an oil change and paid for my fluids to be topped off. 6 days later, my vehicle almost over heats because my coolant is low. What did I pay for, I would never bring my vehicle there for any repairs if your not capable of doing an oil change with fluids topped offf!!! You suck!!!! I had a chance to speak to store manager Devon, who apologized for the issue and has offered to take care of it. Today I will have my brakes serviced and another oil change! Finally found a great mehanic!!!

Dont get anything done here. Youll bring in your fine working car with nothing wrong with it, the mechanics will loosen some bolts And mess with your car then call you in and tell you that theres something wrong with this and that just to charge you extra to fix it. Has happened to me twice, the second time I caught on, as they were literally calling everyone in for a "problem" they found with their cars. They just did my parents like that. If I knew how to report this place I would. Dont go here people please

I always come to Precision to get my regular maintenance on both my vehicles. I must say there is one employee that seems to go the extra mile to ensure that my vehicles are well taken care of. Devin is professional and courteous. You can tell that he knowes what he is doing and explain the situation in an easy manner that I can understand. I truly do appreciate the service I get from Precision.

Precision is a very great company, fast service and great prices. All the employees are very knowledgeable. I especially want to give thanks to Devin. He gave excellent customer service and was very friendly and helpful. He went the extra mile to ensure I was getting quality service, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience, will be coming back.
