I have already sent an email to the corporate contact email and not a single person has even bothered to contact me. My experience with this company has been terrible. I had to wait over 5 hours for my vehicle to be finished. It started out fine but they did not fully inspect the brakes so they did not order the correct parts three times!!! I felt so insecure about the safety of my vehicle, I had to have the brakes reinspected elsewhere. Very disappointed with this company and lack of follow up with customers. They told me both front and back rotors and brake pads needed to be replaced. I asked them to do the fronts first. After waiting for 45 minutes for the parts to come in, they went back to put them on and came back out and said that they were sorry, but they didnt check the calipers. The calipers were frozen and had to be replaced. After another 45 minutes of waiting for parts, they came back out again and said they had ordered the wrong size rotors. Again, more waiting. The was the worst experience I have ever had. Not only did they waste hours of my time due to incompetence, but they made me late to pick up my daughter. I will never come back to any Monro store.

Went to this location for about a year after I had a fall out with my old mechanic. When we went to this shop the manger was Dale I had no problems with anything when he ran the shop. Then he was replaced by a new manager called John. The first time I delt with him he said I needed an air filter. His quote was so expensive I decided to replace it myself. Come to find out when I went to replace it, it was clean very little dirt. So I took the new air filter back and put the old one back in. Second time I delt with him was when my battery under warrenty. It went dead in the winter and replaced it then he said I needed a new water pump and a serpentine belt. I thought it was a little suspicus because the car made no unusual noise, and he was tring to pressure me into doing it by trying to act like my car wouldnt make it off the lot. So I took it to Tires Plus to get a second opinion. They looked at it and asked what was wrong I told them what monro said they told me that there is nothing wrong with those parts. That new manager tried to sell me parts that I didnt need. That sounds like fraud to me.

The people are friendly---The manager, Dale, takes time to explain different repairs to you. They let you know what you could need to have done on your car in the near future, but they dont pressure or push the extras on you. I really appreciated that. Ill definitely be back.

My vehicle sat here for over a month and didnt even get fixed. Have waited 2 weeks for a refund and still havent seen it. District manager showed no concern for any of this.

Great service and never tries to up sell you. Not only steps from me, but usually the lowest price for everything including sets of tires installed.
