Anderson Automotive is by far the best automotive repair shop Ive ever been to. Both this location and the other one near Salem road are full of extremely helpful and friendly mechanics who actually have your best interest in mind. I have been there several times now over the past few years and every single time they have taken me into their garage and physically shown me whats going on with the car and made me feel comfortable That the repairs they are doing are necessary. This past time I was told at a different shop that my car needed a new axle. I took it to Anderson Automotive and they explained/showed me why it wasnt necessary. They could have just taken my money and done the repair but they instead took the time to educate me free of charge. If youre someone who doesnt know much about cars, have no fear. They will not take advantage of you. Look no further than Anderson Automotive for top notch auto repair.

Went to Anderson Automotive after a friend recommended it. This past visit they let me know I desperately needed a new alternator or my car would break down shortly. They got the alternator in from Eastgate and replaced it within the hour. The parts and labor were very reasonably priced compared with other shops and they told me to call with any issues because the alternator is under warranty. Im still a relatively new customer, but will definitely continue to come here because I feel Im getting the best care for the money. Always appreciate that they explain repairs and look out for customers. Thanks!

This is one of the only places that my entire family and I will trust with all of our cars. Very rarely would we take any of the cars anywhere but here. Great staff, friendly, knowledgeable, and they are extremely reliable.
