I went to this location to get a second opinion on an AC repair I was quoted 1400 for at a different repair shop (change of AC compressor). Since pep boys offers free AC diagnostic I thought Id give it a shot.. I made an appointment online. Once I arrived I was welcomed by Alan. I gave him the symptoms and he said he will take a look. Thanks to free WiFi in the store I was able to continue with my workday. After a good hour Alan came back and told me that they diagnosed the problem. It was the relay of the AC compressor that is malfunctioning, a $230 repair. Sounds to me that they really tried to find the root cause of the problem. Very honest in my opinion. He had me fixed and out of the door another hour later. I very much appreciate the honesty of this location and will be back for future repair. Thanks Alan!

My daughter goes to college on the North side of Atlanta. Her car had been having trouble starting intermittently. This past Saturday at 1:30, she called me at home and said it wouldnt start or jump start. I called up to Pep Boys and asked if they could get to it if she had it towed there, and if it needed a starter, could they get one on a Saturday afternoon. Bob responded "absolutely!" It was ready to be picked up at 6:00. Many thanks for getting her up and running again on a Saturday afternoon!!!

One of my employees took our truck for brakes and an oil change. We were told it needed everything front and rear. It was going to cost over $900. We ended up getting a second opinion from Campbell Tire and were told we only needed the rear brakes done. They said the fronts looked "like new". I happily paid $189 and the truck is back in service and stopping perfectly. Thanks Campbell Tire Company!
