I would like to present a brief overview of my experience with this location. First and foremost Matthew the Manager and Max the mechanic are amazing. Always take care of me. Unfortunately with all the mishaps that Tires Plus has presented me, I feel its time to make others aware. Hopefully corporate will do something to solve these issues as there are multiple locations with the same standards. One should be wary of all mechanics but especially this one. And especially if youre an Uber Driver. Driving for Uber for 11 Weeks -Brakes and Rotors have been in good condition for 2 years prior to needing replacement. -Car was 4 years old prior to acquisition. (Purchased in 2015 car model 2012) -10/24/16- -Brakes and Rotors need to be replaced -I hear noises and clanks the duration of the day of working until I finally apologize to my last customer and turn the app off. -On my way home on 400 towards Roswell, my car starts shaking uncontrollably. -I get into a spot of traffic and look out the drivers window to see my front left tire wobbling back and forth. -I pull over and call the tow truck for assistance -Upon arrival the worker informed me there was only one lug nut securing the wheel. He took nuts off the remaining tires and secured the front left so I could make it home. -Wasnt issued any kind of refund, or accommodation for the mishap. -Brakes never stopped squeaking or scrubbing the entire duration until depletion 2/16/17 4 months after replacement. -Bring own brakes in to get them replaced and am advised they are unable to provide service with parts other than their own. -Another unfortunate circumstance given I have gotten many aftermarket modifications done from this location -Check engine light keeps coming on and is conveniently something different every time. -I go in Wednesday 2/1/2017 about another check engine light but refuse service or appointment because of inadequate funds. -Mechanic who Ive never spoken to brings me my vehicle, gets out, and says see you Friday. -EPC light comes Friday 2/3/2017. Unable to go over 40 Mph - Get tune up and fixes misfires 2/4/2017 -Check engine light comes on next day 2/5/2017 -I avidly express my concerns with the all the coincidences and unfortunate circumstances my vehicle needs especially with the tire debacle. -The worker explains that they will take care of me but after that our relationship is terminated. Great that sounds AMAZING! I believe in coincidences but I feel there are far too many going on with this company. Which is why I now have a T-Mobile Sync Up Drive that tells me everything about my vehicle for me to confirm with a mechanics findings. If its about the money at least do the job right the first time. You are inconveniencing others time and that is NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE. If Tires Plus cant even put a tire on properly and in turn put myself and whichever passengers or customers I have with me at risk. I think its safe to say you should be terminated altogether, not just our relationship. 2 Stars because of the 2 employees Matt and Max, and the great customer service they provide.

I wish to qualify my review before I proceed. I am what is called a silent customer. When I receive bad service, I leave quietly and never return. When I receive good service, I do the same but return for more of the greatness. My past experience at Tires Plus in Roswell on Holcomb Bridge Road would be a remiss one if I did not speak up. Staying silent would be a disservice to any potential customers and the the crew of fine folks that work there. I was headed to the lake for an afternoon with out of town family and guests. I noticed my tire was low. I inspected it and saw a nail in the tire. It was near the edge so I figured Id need a full tire replacement. I quickly ran over to Tires Plus-Holcomb Bridge, Roswell and spoke with The Manager, Matthew. I said I think I need a tire. He did a quick visual and said, Yes you do. He also said he would have me in and out in 15 minutes. I said how about 12 minutes. He said done. I was out in 10 minutes flat. So, Not only did they have the tire in stock, but they got me in and out before my requested allotment of time and gave me a more than fair price. This is my second visit to this store. I traditionally go to a provider near my office and not tires plus in Roswell near my home. My first and second visits were top shelf and professional. Quality and respectful. Fair and Balanced tires to boot. Matthew runs a solid staff and friendly environment that should be the standard barer in ANY industry including the Ritz Carlton. Take this "Silent Customers" advice, Matthew and Crew are head and shoulders above the competition. Give yourself and the pleasure using their services. Youll understand my heartfelt words and experience once you do. #SimplyTheBest

Do not go here especially if you have a nice car! I went in for an oil change in January. I was there for 2 hours with what seemed to not have but one or two people in front of me. Immediately after I left my car started making a funny sound, smoking, jerking, and horrible smell. Mind you I have never had anything wrong with my car. A Cadillac CTS 2009 with only 60,000 miles on it. So I turned around and went right back. Turns out when they changed me oil they put a hole in my oil hose (no I dont know technical terms) and oil was spilling out all over my car. They fixed it for free and I left. The next day there was oil all over my garage so I went back. They did not clean the oil that had leaked all under my hood so they finally washed it all out and gave me a free oil change. So I went back just yesterday ( 3 months later) to give them the benefit of the doubt and receive my free oil change. The very next day I had pink fluid all over my garage floor. At this point Im very upset and go straight back to tires plus. When I get there they tell me its the water pump and that it has nothing to do with what they did. They told me not to drive my car and that they could fix it but I would have to pay. Im almost positive they did it to my car and wont admit to it! Luckily I have warranty to cover the water pump but this is absolutely ridiculous. If you dont know how to do a simple oil change on a Cadillac then just inform the customer!! Dont do something you dont know how to do and then break the car twice! Im so livid!

I have tried these guys several times and I honestly just cant trust them after this last issue. I had a flat tire and needed them to put a new tire on. The task is simple enough and should have been done without a problem. However they forgot to balance the new tire which I attibuted to just a simple mistake. I took it back in and told them what was happening (shaking at certain higher speeds) and they said no problem, we will fix it. Well when I got the car back, the problem was still there and maybe even worse. Well I took it back a second time. They looked and "balanced" the tire. Got it back with absolutely no change. I finally got fed up and took it to a trusted mechanic back in my home town and hour away. They looked at it and said there was no evidence of anyone ever balancing it. The car was in their shop for maybe 5 minutes before they were done. The car is smooth as butter now and is no longer shaking at speed. I will never take my car to this tires plus ever again. Its just not worth the time even if they are cheaper.
