I took my truck to a repair shop that told me that I need the PCV Hose and Valve replaced. However, they didnt have the part and I should try "Firestone" in the same area. So, I went to fire stone and explained that to the gentleman that I spoke with upon arrival. He said "thats fine, we will get that taking care of for you..." I went inside and I was surprised that I have to pay $108 for engine diagnostic. I tried to explain to him that I already know what the problem is and there are probably more thing in my truck that needs to be repaired. However, Im only here today to repair my PCV Valve and hose. I dont like in that area, Im here on business and I would like to perform additional repairs with my regular mechanic. He replied by "Dont kill the messenger" I didnt want to argue with him as he was only doing his job. So, Im not trying to get him in trouble... Im however, extremely offended by the Assistant Manager of the store; I dont know her name. I really hope that someone talks to her and suggest a customer service training class... After my car was kept in the shop all day and having to take taxis back and forth, I get a call at the end of the day that the PCV hose and valve are not available. However, your shop would like to perform $700 worth of repairs!!! I was really upset about this and went to the store to talk to the manager. I explained to her time and time again that the only point I was trying to make is I came specially to fix the PCV valve and I was at a different shop that did an engine diagnostic for me, but because they didnt have the part they were honest and sent me to you and didnt charge me a penny. I feel cheated that I have to pay $100 for not receiving any services and my time being wasted. I would have paid that fee if my truck was fixed, even if I didnt agree to it. I just wanted the Truck fixed. But, not to have fixed plus go through all this agony and then be also charged a $100 was a bit much to handle... Through out my conversation with her she was LOUD, Disrespectful and constantly rolling her eyes!!!!!!!!!!! I have never been treated like this; EVER. to make the matter worse, she called the employee that had initially helped me and started talking him about me while I was standing there!!! He claimed that I declined the repair because of the cost. I tried one last time to explain to her that I didnt decline the repair, I only wanted to repair the PCV valve and didnt ask you for all that extra stuff, I will take your recommendation into consideration once I go to my regular mechanic... However, she was impossible to deal with. Finally she gave me a $35 discount! So, I would like to send this to whom ever is in charge... your Firestone shop in Southlake wasted my whole day, didnt repair my truck, disrespected me and at the end of the day charged me $80 I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN... Rest assured that I will share this experience with everyone I know. Have a nice day.

I usually change my own oil & filter but this place quoted me at $40, so I scheduled a 2:00PM appointment for the following afternoon, as it would cost be about that much to do it myself. Of course, I arrive of 5 minutes til 2:00 and it takes them 20 minutes to find my reservation. The manager then unapologetically informs us that it will actually cost $80, but that she can apply a $15 coupon (as if it was a favor but in reality, this coupon applied to everyone). Begrudgingly, I let them go ahead and take care of it because I had some errands to run next door and I had already driven all the way out there (and, well it was only a $15 delta). So then, 45 minutes later, they still hadnt even started. Apparently, there is no reason to make an appointment. Eventually, at 3:30 pm, an hour and a half later, they finish. I was appalled by the managers unapologetic, almost sarcastic, tone with me. Horrible customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Made an appointment here and drove a long way to be there, and they tell me they couldnt do it because they were understaffed. They told me to come back the next day and that I would be a priority only to get all the way there and tell me they couldnt fit me in again because they are understaffed. Its not that I couldnt get service after two days in a row of driving out there that was the most upsetting, it was the attitude I got from one of the employees as if I were in the wrong for even trying to come back.

I went to this location to get an oil change and wheel alignment now my car is overheating from them not replacing the old ring for oil filter canister I am leaking oil like crazy . I had to take it to a licensed mechanic who ran a diagnostic on it and found that these problems occurred after I left Firestone. They are a ripoff. There services are not efficient. My car is also shaking even worse from the wheel alignment. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This place sucks! Takes forever just for them to take your car back, then another few hours for an oil change. This is the 2nd time happening to me and like a damn dummy, Im sitting here waiting my 3rd time. I do not recommend waiting for your vehicle, even if they say ok give me about an hour, they literally mean 5 or 6 hours easy! But hey, at least the bathroom is clean! I just wished they moved with at least half the urgency that they do at other Firestones!

this particular location serviced my previous car for 6 months before I bought my new one, and theyve kept her running immaculately for almost 3 years now. Sean and Roy and the whole team are wonderful. Customer Service is superb as well!

this place sucks and Im not speaking from one visit Im speaking from 6 months of contacted visits they told me two hours to fix a plug in a TIRE SMH is two hours min. in here appointment or not be sure bring a pillow
