Brought in vehicle for basic oil change which also includes vacuuming, air pressure check, and window cleaning. When I left, I noticed the windows or carpets hadnt been touched (and they were a mess, so it couldnt have been more obvious). I brought the car home, and checked the tire pressure and I had two tires that were low. I was going to be driving several hundred miles that weekend, and I dont have an easy way to put air in my tires, so I decided to bring the car back and have the issues resolved. The service manager at the time, Dustin, gladly resolved the issue. Much to my surprise, he provided me with a certificate for a free oil change on my next visit. Two months later, I bring in a vehicle for an oil change. Dustin no longer works at the branch, but the branch manager performed the free oil change for me. After completion, he comes inside and asks me if I was the guy who brought my car back and started cussing out Dustin because my car wasnt clean enough. He then decides to tell me that thats not how you handle things. The experience I had with Dustin was perfectly fine, he rectified the problem and I was satisfied, and the discussion with him was civil and laid back. For the branch manager, two months later, to accuse me of "em-effing" his guy is insulting. I asked him why he felt the need to ask me, and it was so he could "protect his guys". Apparently, his "guys" are more important than the customer. I will never bring a vehicle here again.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this Jiffy Lube! My husband normally takes care of having car serviced but I had to do it today. I was treated like a V.I.P.! This was surprising since it wasnt that way when I was here over a year ago. The attention to everything, from my car to my comfort, was better than Ive experienced @ places far more expensive. The manager even took time to find as many DISCOUNTS as possible. The sparse waiting area was more than made up for by the short time I spent in it. If you have been disappointed by this business in the past or if you want a place where you can get terrific car service @ a reasonable price, you really should check this place out. (Disclaimer: I was NOT compensated in ANY way for my statement. I just feel that we should be as quick to report positive experiences as we are to slam negative ones.)

Went in for an oil change. As soon as I left car started rattling and smoking. Turned around the tech said he noticed it too. Told me to go to a certain auto parts store to have it checked out. I did. The auto parts store told me the only way to fix it was to go to a certain dealership. On my way the car became undrivable and I had to have it towed. The dealership told me Jiffy Lube completely messed up the oil change. After the dealership fixed the problem I went back to Jiffy Lube. They said because I didnt take it back to them they werent going to reimburse me for fixing the problem they caused. I DID go back to Jiffy Lube and was told by them to go somewhere else!

WARNING --- They didnt put my oil cap on properly and it has left an oil stain in my garage. When I finally realized what happened and WHY....I called to ask them to clean it up for me. (Took 3 phone calls to finally get an answer) I was told it was "out of warranty". Apparently there is a warranty on doing the moral thing??? There is a warranty on fixing problems your employees created??? Not only will I never go to Jiffy Lube I will cease to recommend their services to my family and friends. Please learn from my mistake. Take your car somewhere else. Its not worth a groupon to go to Jiffy Lube Middletown.

A couple months back took my 1987 Chrysler Lebaron into this shop it was missing, knocking, honestly I didnt know what was going on... they look at it change my oil, gave me a discount told, me some recommendations... and after going through with them the car is still on the road... the reason Im submitting feedback today is because I just noticed the negative reviews on here and Im bringing my cobalt in later today!!!!! So thanks dont really remember your names... but not really important because not just one of you but all of you did an amazing job... I do thank you!!! See you later!

Evidently there was a fire on July 19, closing Jiffy Lube. Its now July 28 and I went to get my oil changed only to find out theyre closed until further notice. Instead of the sign saying under new management on the billboard, maybe It should say "closed "so the people dont make a special trip all the way here for absolutely no reason. This management doesnt seem to be any better than the last

Drove in for oil change. Drove out and my explorer immediately lost power In the street 20 feet away from jiffy lube. They told me they noticed a fuel filter leak. Im 99% they caused this problem, as its always ran fine Before the fateful visit to jiffy lube.
