We came in to get my belt tightened because it was squeeling after having a new one put on by someone else. I did not make an appointment and they took me right in anyway. They were very friendly and understanding and got the work done fast. I was only there about 20-25 minutes mind you this was only to get a belt tightened though. I also asked for a quote on getting a tune up and the guy Dan was very honest in telling me what the price could actually be. Also they never came to me and tried to get me to have extra things done on my car as other places have. I would highly recommend this place!

On April, 26 2017 Jeff Wyler after having the vehicle for a week and a half charged us $333.58 for services and stated the repairs would cost over $3,000 to fix the AC but they would not fix it. Gene the General Manager told me that the AC worked for 10 months (all winter) and what did I expect. On May 15, 2017 we dropped our Buick Enclave off at Mechanics Plus at 539 Cincinnati-Batavia Pike. On May 17, 2017 we picked up our Buick Enclave and paid 462.21 total for all repairs. Wyler $333.58 for Nothing, they wanted over $3,000. Mechanics Plus 462.21 for a completed very fast repair.

This is the best most honest place ive ever got my car fixed at. As a woman i have been taken advantage of from mechanics. Everyone in my family has had a great experience. The owner had my car up on the lift with in 5 min. He stayed late on a friday of a holiday weekend to fix my brothers car and saved him 800 dollars from the quote the place down the street gave him. I give it a ten out of ten . Im a single mom of 3 so i always have older cars that break down its nice to be able to trust a place ive been to them all.

Very good work at an affordable price. Hes not out to screw you over. infact, just the opposite. My pickup threw its serpentine belt and I was late for a job veiwing. He not only made time, but installed the belt in 15 minutes. To add, only charged me $50, thats including the belt cost of $45. Great shop and Noble man. I recommend this shop over all others an will continue to get my business.

These guys know what theyre talking about and they are honest. They will tell you straight whether it is worth it to fix something or not, and they charge very reasonable prices. More than that, they wont try to pressure you into doing work that is not necessary. I cant stress enough how good this place is and how happy I am to have found them!
