I purchased a new vehicle the other day. I have been shopping around for quite some time for another vehicle. I am not prejudice to any automaker so I was doing a lot of research. I stumbled apon a VW that was a fit for my needs (Had to be a manual) online and messaged them rather late on Saturday evening. I received a text back from salesman Daniel Wright. He asked when I could come out and take a look, I told him tomorrow and he said hed see me then. Once I arrived the next day, Daniel had the car ready and keys in hand, with a quick scan of my liscense, we were off. I was satisfied with the vehicle for my regular work day commute, and we discussed numbers. I had a magic number in my head, and though I knew it was rather low, they were very responsive and workable. This was when Sales Manager Ron Whaley came in. Not once did they throw any tricks my way or try any pressured sales tactics. We got to a number we both agreed on and I wrapped up with the finance woman, Andrea. Overall, I had a stress free experience with all three of them. I was not pushed, bullied, or threatened during the sales experience like some of the other dealership I came into contact with. I would recommend the three individuals I came into contact with and the dealership overall. Chris

I purchased my 2012 Nissan Maxima from Kings VW on 8/22/14. I live in Columbus and came down because here it was the exact car I was looking for. Overall, the experience was good. My sales person Ben was very easy to deal with and I really appreciated the fact that he understood my pretty direct approach to buying this car. Andrea Lloyd was very helpful and amazing in the closing process and my little 5 year old nephew really thought she was great also. They were both very accommodating also. Sylvia was also helpful during the process with the e-mail correspondence since I had to travel a slight distance. There were a couple of bumps in the road but considering some of the experiences that I have had during this process, this one was very easy comparatively. There are some dealers here in Columbus that could learn a thing or 2 from Kings VW. I cant say that I would come all the way down here again to purchase a vehicle if all things were equal. However, I can say that if feeling like being treated with respect & honesty are important to you, then see Ben & Andrea and they will treat you with such. I finally picked my vehicle on 8/26. By the way, I love my car. Thanks Kings VW .

I purchased a used vehicle from Kings Volkswagen over the summer. They gave me a very fair price for my trade in and a good deal on the vehicle I purchased. It took over 2 hours just to sign the paperwork to buy the car because only one person working there could take care of that process. The salesman I worked with kept talking about how he needed to cash his paycheck and didnt seem to care that his customers were waiting for an unacceptable amount of time. I should have walked away at that time. Luckily the car was under warranty with the manufacturer still because my entire engine had to be replaced. The salesman told me several incorrect things and the latest is the transfer of my registration. I got a good deal, but will never work with this dealership again. There are too many mistakes that were made and inconsistencies between talking to managers and sales people. The sales staff needs much better training on working with customers and giving accurate information.

Avoid this dealership for any kind of service on your VW. I took my car in for something I noticed at speed, of course they didnt check it at speed (same mileage in as mileage out). I paid 120 to check something and I dont think they did anything. To add insult to injury I noticed 2 dings on the quarter panels next to my trunk which were not on the car as shown by their check in inspection sheet. The service manager Deryck was courteous when I returned to show him the dings on the car, and he has graciously offered to get them repaired. Lastly, the service advisor I dealt with is probably the worst Ive ever dealt with, and thats saying something when it comes to VW dealership service departments. Scott Johnson is the most condescending service advisor Ive ever dealt with. Scoffs at customers that ask questions avoid him if you have to go to Kings.

I was having problems with my 2012 VW Jetta Sedan because the ECP light was on plus the engine light came on later. I called Scott Johnson at my dealership and he immediately got me in and even though it took 2 weeks to get my car fixed because of needing various parts from Germany, etc, they did a super job keeping me informed all along the way. The Sales Manager, Deryck Cooper, even called me to apologize and explained the delay which I thought was most impressive. When Scott was gone on vacation, another advisor, Wayne, stepped in and was extremely helpful as well. I rate their customer service as OUTSTANDING because of my experience with these 3 gentlemen plus the overall concern for QUALITY at this dealership. Thank you, Mary Lou Benjamin

I had my car serviced yesterday and it took longer than they thought it would so we left it and went back today and they told us they were waiting for a part to come in. After going to lunch we went back and it still wasnt in so we decided to go home and have them call us when our car was ready. We live in Anderson Township and that is quite a drive for us. We dreaded thinking of going back out to pick it up. We were not home very long before they called and said it was ready and they would bring it to us. What a wonderful company. They are top notch. Also there is a volkswagen company 1 mile from us but no other company can compete with Kings Volkswagen They are Top Notch BarbaraHayes

I bought a 2013 Chevy Cruze from them for a great price. Our salesman Chris was great, but the woman who did our paperwork, Andrea was awful. She told us we had to have a warranty, come to find out that is not true. There was a confusion with my last name on the title and she has completely blown me off about it. When I asked her to send over cancellation forms for the warranty, she just kept ignoring my emails. She only emails back after sending at least 3 emails, and she never has the answers she promises days before. She has been nothing but rude, irresponsible, and does not know how to do her job at all.

I have now been in for regular scheduled service 5 times and I remain seriously impressed with the Kings VW Service Department. I have worked with everyone in the department and they are all friendly, professional and take the time to answer questions and understand what Im looking for. Service is fast, thorough and always well explained. The last visit 8/3/17 the General manager of the dealer ship even took time out to greet me in the waiting area and ask me about my experiences with Kings VW. All around a very classy and well managed dealership...and I am not easily impressed.
