I am a female owned and operated tire shop in Clayton County less than a block away from this location. I called today to get a tire for one of my accounts due to Tires Plus being the only ones that carry the Primewell brand. The person that answered the phone stated that he did have the tire in stock but due to the tire being on sale he could not sell me the tire unless I brought in a wheel and paid their ridiculous price to have it mounted and balanced and he could not sell the tire to me walking. I own a shop in case you missed that part. I can mount the tire myself. This is not the first time I have had a problem with this location. Seems to me like they have a serious problem with HEALTHY COMPETITION! No worries though I will buy the tire from another location that they were more than happy to sell me as a walk out without up charging me for mounting and balancing. We will continue to have better prices than your location and we have no problem with HEALTHY COMPETITION!

Stopped in due to tired pressure light being on. Service tech "checked" our tires, said nothing was wrong, took our money and sent us on our way. When I got home I checked them myself and psi was WAY off on each tire. One was 10 psi over and another was 15 below! Beware!
