I went to get an oil change.. and one of the mechanic took out one of the wire from the spark plug so my car was acting funny.. so I asked the guy was from with my car now after oil change and he told me that I needed to change my spark plug wires that they were going bad.. so then I asked him which one is it and he told me I need to replace all of them.. so I asked how is that possible I just got my wires and and my plugs done last week, and you guys did it.. did he tell me all sorry we accidentally unplug one we apologize for that.. but he wanted to charge me $700 to change that out what a rip off Im never coming here ever again.. . You come with an oil change and you leave with something bad...

I went in for a pre-purchase inspection. Everyone was nice and professional. They guided me through what they were doing and everything they were looking at, pointing at the little blemishes and telling me what i should and shouldnt worry about. And asked me about the price i was buying at to see if it was a good deal. After they were done, pretty quickly because it was a newer car with no problems, they told me it was on the House. (Disclaimer: This doesnt mean yours will be free, though. If your inspection requires more work theyll probably charge you, as its fair.) Im definitely coming back. They are nice, honest, and know what theyre doing.

Drove my van in for an oil leak, only needed a valve cover gasket, after the worked on it ,my van started smoking immediately! 2 days later MY ENGINE BLEW! !! Call the owner who was very rude nasty and arrogant, told me he owned 2 more shops and he no longer wanted my biz ,They cheated me and took my money, he has a tall white guy there working in the shop looks like he is on meth! Do not do biz with these people! DO NOT DO BIZ WITH THESE PEOPLE! !!! Worst car repair experience ive ever had!!!!!!! BAD BUSINESS!! If I could give them Zero stars I would!

had a last minute need and Carl promptly answered the phone and our prayers! they were able to get us in, inspected, corrected and out the door in just about an hour on a Saturday morning at the price we discussed upfront. Carl was super friendly, helpful, honest, understanding and kind with a big ol smile the whole time. we have found our "car guy" as my hubby puts it, and will certainly be returning in the near (and far) future for any mechanical needs for both our cars, as well as recommend them to family, friends, and you reading this review!

So I when here to get rear bearings replaced. I pick up car the next day and drive it for a while and the car start vibrating. The rear differential wasnt sealed right so allow for the fluid escape. I go back and they fix the problem, but after a week my rear axle break on the side they worked on. They replace that to. I notice after they so called fixed it that the wheel wobbles. So now that talking 2 or $3000 dollars to fix it. Dont waste your time and money. You better off trying to do the work your self than taking it to these Crooks.

on april the 8th I visited precision tune in forest parj k ga. these guys are so customer friendly and customer service oriented. I always get the best quality parts and prices for my vehicles I love this company and I love dealing with these guys they really stand behind their work. go see them they are in addition hilarious..

Went in for a oil change a couple of weeks ago now my oil light is on stating I need an oil change. Took my car to another mechanic come to find out that there is no oil in the car at all. Horrible place. I could blow a head gasket because they didnt put any oil in my car

Went in for an oil change, drove off after they "finished" it and my car cut off on me. They claim it wasnt their fault and saying I need a new engine now and they wont pay for it. I wouldnt refer ANYONE to go here. First and LAST time doing business with them.

Came into the reception/lobby area around 3:30 and the Woman told me if I needed an oil change they arent doing them anymore. A greet would be good, last time I checked 4:00 pm is the time the business closes. I will be taking my money elsewhere.

Hit or miss. Sometimes the service is great.. Other times they take forever since mostly all they do is stand around running their mouths. Get there early if youre in a hurry. They are slow af!

The mechanics are very knowledgeable and friendly. I cant say the same for the woman at the front desk she was rude. The service took about an hour and a half pretty good.

Horrible experience... Go somewhere else...2 hr for a diagnostic check is ridiculous. Everyone was complaining about how long the wait was.
