They went the extra mile for us and we cant thank them enough! When our brakes failed on our drive from Michigan to Florida, we were lucky to end up at this car care center. They called the Chevy dealerships in the area to see if they could get us help sooner. Both dealerships had a 5-day delay to see us. So they called around for the parts and found what they needed. The manager even drove to Dayton himself to pick up the parts. They had the car fixed by the next afternoon, one day earlier and $400 cheaper than they originally thought. They are our heroes, SERIOUSLY! I wish they were in Florida! They would have lifetime customers. The people of Ohio are lucky to have them. Thank you.

On 9/15/16 I was driving on I-75 near the beginning of a 700 mile trip when two lights lit up on the dashboard. Being totally unfamiliar with the area, I used the GPS to locate this Meineke store as the closest general auto repair shop. My car was diagnosed promptly by a courteous and knowledgeable mechanic who interpreted the results and advised me I could probably continue my trip. AND the most amazing thing: I was not charged !!! I was able to complete the drive without further incident and arrived safely at my destination. I am so grateful for the honest, good advice and the kindness they extended to me

Called receptionist to get a quote for a certain dollar amount finding out later that the price went up after rear drums were taken off! I informed them that the cost was more than anticipated so go ahead and put the rear drums back on! While driving car home noises like metal rubbing and clanging came from rear tires! Took car to another garage to find out it was just thrown together incorrectly! Caused more damage than originally had! I am currently weighing my options.

Could not be happier. They stuck to the quote instead of trying to Bill us more, how unique! They even did some small additional stuff and did not charge. Showed us some things to watch out for and simply said come in when we are ready to have them fixed, no pressure that the wheels might all fall off if we dont do it NOW! Not only will we go back but I will tell everyone I know, that needs car work done, that they are a JEM.

Just moved back to the area recently and was looking for a shop to take my car. Read some reviews on some shops close to wear I live, and read nothing but bad review after bad review. I decided to expand my search a bit farther out and came across the friendly people of Meineke. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. Very glad I decided to travel the extra 20 minutes to this shop.

Brenda and her tech took great care of me with fast and quality service! I drove from AZ on my way to NY and a coolent hose blew in missiouri, had a meineke there replace one hose but anther hose blew 7 hours later on the boarder of Ohio. But I got the car to Brenda and they replace it with a factory part and Im back on the road. Greatly appreciated for their service! Thank you Brenda and team!

I have been taking my car to this location for YEARS and wouldnt dream of taking it anywhere else. They have always been honest with me and tell me straight up when something can wait for repair or must be done soon. Their prices are fair and they are friendly and courteous.

Terrible place, Car lighter stopped working, I had no idea about cars so I told them to replace it... 3 days later nothing had been done. I took my car home all the dashboard was scratched and by searching google and watching a video found out the problem was a blown fuse.

Family owned business that treated me like family. Very honest and fair. Took great care of me and my car. I thought the problem on my car was going to be a major repair but the mechanic came back and said it wasnt as bad as I thought. Very fair and honest business.

When I walked in for an appointment, There was a huge animal/dog behind the counter. Very unprofessional. I do not trust animals, they bite , and some people are allergic. Why bring it to the shop?
