I have had a storage unit with stor-all on State Route 42 Cincinnati Columbus Road for many years now. I have had both inside & outside units, and both have always been kept very clean. In the winter time, they keep it shoveled and clean for you to be able to safely get in and out! When I first rented a unit, they offered their moving truck FREE OF CHARGE (just had to put gas back in it when you are done). That made my movement of my items sooo much easier!! The property is fenced in and their staff is always on site to help keep it secure, which gives me a peace of mind! And you could not ask for a better staff! They are always very helpful and the nicest people you will ever meet. So if you are looking for a clean, well taken care of, secure place to store your items, then I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND - Stor-All on Route 42 Cincinnati Columbus Rd. West Chester, Ohio!!!!!!!!!!! They have a very nice and helpful staff. The only complaint that I have is that they dont always do what they say they are going to do. If they need to unlock a unit, make sure you tell them you need in there right away as they have a tendency to forget. The place itself is clean and seems pretty safe. I would like to have more cameras up as there seems to be blind spots. Their prices are pretty fair and their location is not too bad being pretty close to I-275. Overall a nice place and a nice staff. You will just need to micro-manage them to get what you need done.

There used to be two older guys that worked here and they were great. Now there is a younger guy that works there and he doesnt open on time or return phone calls. If you need to schedule something or get rates best to call their corporate office and go through them
