Auto Craft Body Shop did some work for a friend of mine after they hit a deer, and the work was fantastic. I knew who to call when I hit a deer in my Ford Taurus recently. They got me in for an estimate fairly quickly and we setup a time table for repairs. They were very friendly and got to my car quickly. The work they did was flawless! The front of my Taurus looks brand new. If you are around Norman and want to get some work done right, these are the guys to work with.

Thanks to all the wonderful reviews on here I chose this shop to fix my 4runner. This shop was very friendly, professional, and went above and beyond. One of the parts was no longer available through the dealer and they still managed to find a part that worked with incredible timing. Took it in for an estimate, parts were ordered, and when the parts arrived they got the job done before the end of the business day. Very satisfied customer and they are highly recommended!

Good repairs and easy to work with. After getting an estimate from this shop a few weeks ago I recently took my corolla in for a front bumper replacement. The repairs were done quickly and well and the initial estimate was spot on with the final cost. Cant really ask for anything else from a repair shop. (However, I will mention that due to the hail storms in the area earlier this year you can expect to wait a few weeks to get your vehicle in for a repair.)

I take pride in my truck so I asked around a lot when I needed some cosmetic work done on it. I was referred by a friend to go to Auto Craft. I could not have been more pleased with the service (the front desk attendant is very cute by the way), friendly atmosphere, and most importantly the pride they took in their work to make my truck look amazing. If you need work done on your vehicle I would recommend you to check them out.

Tried to get an estimate. I was told to wait while the person that does the estimates finished up on some sanding. I waited nearly 30 minutes without any updates. The only thing that I was told, repeatedly I might add, is that because it was cloudy and because cars are dirty (even though mine wasnt), that the estimate would probably not be reliable. THIS IS S H A D Y. I left and never went back for the estimate.

I would highly recommend Auto Craft; friendly, courteous, and helpful staff all around. The final product revealed master craftsmanship (thanks Jeffery and Jeff) and my damaged 911 was restored beautifully. Ive been called a perfectionist by my good friends and obsessive-compulsive by others when it comes to my automobiles, so my giving a rating of 4 stars speaks volumes!

Friendly receptionist, but they never bothered to call me up to do an estimate on my car. I left all my information with them. I was told that they would call me the next day. Theyve never called. I guess they dont want or need my money? Its bizarre that I have to beg shops to pay attention to my car when Im offering thousands and thousands of dollars...

I was referred to this place by State Farm. I went to get an estimate on 5/26/2015. I was told the person doing the estimates was not there and I would have to wait around 30 minutes. The front desk person was rude about it to. Something was shady about the place anyway. I left and went to Service King and got an estimate in ten minutes.

Hands down the best body shop in Oklahoma. I am in the auto industry and have done business with these guys for over 15 years. I never cease to be impressed with their workmanship and quality control. You may have to wait to get in or get an estimate, as they always stay busy, but it is definitely worth it.

Top notch work! I am very particular about body work and can usually spot repair work, this isnt the case with these guys. They will return your car to the way it looked from the factory. I wouldnt go anywhere else.
