We brought our 2004 Expedition to Beckers at the suggestion of our insurance company with hail damage. They did quite a bit of work as the damage was pretty extensive. When we received our Expedition back, it looked better than it did before the damage! Now, a year later I noticed some fading on my hood from a previous repair from another "professional" shop. I took it to Beckers again to get a quote to repair it. Even though someone else had done the work, I was told that it was as simple as buffing it out at no cost to me! In this new age of slick salesmen with products and services falling way short of expectations, it was a great comfort to me knowing that there are businesses out there who actually do care about their customers and think of them instead of their wallet! Thanks Becker for being a REAL professional!

Had our car brought in for fairly extensive work for an insurance claim after hitting a deer. They had a pretty quick turnaround time and a free loaner car in the meantime. The work looks fantastic. All the body lines are nice and straight. Paint looks phenomenal. The only thing that is different than before is the grille. I dont know if it was an availability issue from GM, or just a choice on their part. The original grill was all chrome. The new one has regular chrome on the outside and the vertical slats are some sort of black chrome. Doesnt bother me one bit because it looks awesome, and its not just like every other one I see on the road. I would not hesitate one bit to come back for more work. If I could give them more stars I would.

Had my car here a few times due to hail damage over the last few years. Estimates are far more competitive than some others around town. They dont screw you around: short and to the point. Easy to work with. Great no hassle experience. A friend recommended me and I would recommend them to anyone else as well.

I would never bring my car here again. They say they fix things when they dont and then lie about it over the phone. They are willing to pass the buck when it really was their mistake. DO NOT bring your vehicle here!
