Sorry, job was good, customer service was 1Star at my recent trip to the body shop. The estimator was not friendly, did not greet me, just walked out with a clipboard & I had to ask if I should follow him. At that moment, I wanted to go elsewhere but Boggus was most convenient (I thought). Now I know there are several others equally convenient. When I picked up my vehicle I had my 3 great-grandkids. My vehicle was on empty. He chkd it when I asked & he said they had to test drive it down the freeway, that he cant fill the tank & that it had enough to get us to a gas station. I asked for one gal. Said cant do it, as he smiled for the 1st time. Boggus billed close to $7000 & couldnt pump a $1.75 gal to assure me I could make it to a gas station. Thank God we made it, but I was not so sure when i left Boggus & was very, very concerned I may run out of gas with the kids. I do not believe he would have let his wife or mother or aunt go, but me - well, he just didnt care. Hope no next time but if there is, Ill chk out the competition.

Went to Bogus For for preventive maintenance to my vehicle adding up to 1,600.00 dollars. One of the things I wanted worked on was my changing the transmission oil. To make this short, the worker was not good at cleaning all the ports to a closed transmission system, and it made it look like the ports to removing oil and replacing it were faulty. Went back and they claimed no responsibility, stating that to fix a faulty port system would run me over 1000.00 dollars. What the real problem was that workers that dont clean under chasis may cost us more money for srrvices, leading to mis-diagnosis of problems. I have lost confidence with this dealership.

The personnel and staff at Boggus Ford in Harlingen assisted me immediately and were friendly and helpful every step of the way. No high pressure tactics - just valuable information and facts on the vehicles based on what I needed. I drove into Boggus in a different vehicle than the one I traded in so I could not get my truck that day. No problem. My salesman personally delivered the truck to my house within 30 mintues. The truck was a certified pre-owned and I have been extremely happy with the truck, the price, the service and all aspects of financing. I highly recommend Boggus to anyone looking for either a new or used vehicle!!!!

I had a roadside emergency in Edinburg, TX on December 9, 2016. My salesman, Gino Aquino, telephonically connected me with Servicd Manager, Herb Amaya. After explaining my problem to Mr Amaya, he told me what to do to get my Explorer going again, if even on a temporary basis, to get me back home or to an authorized service dealer. I made it back home to Weslaco, switched vehicles, and continued our trip to San Antonio, TX. I took my Explorer in for service at Boggus Ford, Harlingen, TX after our return from San Antonio We appreciate the service provided by Mr Aquino and Mr Amaya.

I am 73 years old and have purchased quite a few new automobiles in those years. I just purchased a 2015 Ford Escape from Boggus Ford Dealership in Harlingen Texas and that, by far, was the most professional, most helpful and most courteous sales staff that I have ever run across. I could go on and on but if you desire to just look around to see what is available or with the intent on purchasing a new vehicle I definitely would would recommend Boggus Ford. I would name names but I would probably leave someone out so I wont do so. Just see Juan O in sales.

The last two times I had my car serviced, I took the car in for a recall And was one of the first cars in. Had the courtesy driver take me home, Waited all day they called because the courtesy driver was scheduled to Go home. Got back to the dealership and the car was not done and had to Wait about another 45 minutes. The last time I took my car in for an oil Change and waited about 2 1/2 hours. I would prefer to have a scheduled appointment so my time could be utilized better.

From the time I walked in the door at Boggus to the time I signed the papers for my Ford Edge, I had the most courteous service. The gal that greeted me, the sales man, Ariel Bravo who assisted me in getting the deal I wanted and Charlie Valdez giving me many options I had no idea existed.. I have bought my last three cars from Boggus and plan on going back when I get the car bug again. Thanks Boggus Staff...............Merry Christmas!

I was having a problem with the vehicle not turning on. When the vehicle finally did turn on I drove it straight to Boggus Ford Harlingen. They checked the electrical system and discovered that the electrical system was good but that I needed a new battery. The service girl Kayla was very friendly and helpful. The job was done quick and I was on my way with no problems. Thank you Kayla and Boggus for your good customer service

They got the car deal done but took forever. Then to hey made me come back to sign papers that should have been done when we first was there. After that they made me come back to have GPS put on my car (so they can track your location) and they told me 15mins and it has been past 45mins sitting here. No one has come to update me or anything .... customer service sucks.

I bought a used 2012 Ford Escape at Boggus Ford with the assistance of Brenda Rubio a few months ago. Very courteous and professional assistance; plus, the staff made the process very smooth. Just took in the Escape (which I love) for an oil change and new air filter. The SUV runs like new and looks like new. Wish I had bought all my vehicles at Boggus along the way.

i had my ford serviced in march for the 2nd time. the $71 was in line with everyone else. i had it serviced 2 weeks ago and it was $76. the nation is in an economic slump and wages are down and boggus raises prices? ill bet he hasnt raised wages, using the economy as an excuse. ill take my ford somewhere else in the future.

Bought a 2009 chevy 4x4 been in and out of the shop 3 weeks when i first bought and back for 2nd time in a week cant figure out whats wrong. In defense of boggus they are trying to fix it just cant figure it out. When i first bought it they sent it to gilman chevrolet and they coildnt fix it. Gettin really frustrated

Superior customer service. I say this not because I am happy with my car but because of the same service even after I bought my car. You are not just a sale, you are not just a customer, you are a neighbor. Even at 8 months after buying a car they helped us out with some gap protection plan navigation.
