I brought my 2015 Mustang in through Geicos repair program for repairs to the left rear quarter panel and left rear tire. Ive listed some pros/cons of this repair experience. For reference, I have never had to deal with a repair shop before. Pros: - The process Geico and Collision Works use to get a rental car and make the overall experience enjoyable as it can be was very good. - Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. - The repair took about 2 weeks to complete and I was constantly informed with status updates. Cons: - Some additional damage was accumulated during the repair, but I would like to thank the owner for reaching out to help fix the problems and get my car back to the shape it was in before the accident! The staff at this location are very willing to help and I appreciate their assistance. My advice to future customers is if something was not done to your satisfaction, give them a call and they WILL help you :)

I went in for a quote on a rather large and deep scratch starting on the upper part of my hood all the way to the back end of the car along the upper rocker panel (the scratch ends above the rear door). The scratch is not deep until about the drivers side door. They quoted me just over $2100 for paint and labor to fix the damage. Part of that price included removing the head lights (the scratch starts on the upper hood) and taking off and putting back on the weather stripping. It seems like the quote was inflated with unnecessary labor. Collision Works also informed us that the job would take about one week to complete. The other three quotes we gathered are all for less than half that price and the work would be completed in 1 to 3 days. While I have no doubt the work at Collision Works is quality, with a price like that it is best to reserve them for when someone else is paying for the work.

Finished my car three days early, and were absolutely fantastic to do business with. Hopefully my car wont require any more work in the near future, but if I do, Ill be sure to bring it back here. They even mixed me up some touch up paint for free so I could do a little detail work on my own. Dont let some other place pull one over on you, head here! Oh! And theyve got s great new building with a very comfortable waiting room. Free coffee! UPDATE: 8/3/2016 - Just when I thought I was done saying good things about this place, they went and did it again. There was a small problem with the work done on my car, and instead of giving me grief about the cost or going through insurance again, they ordered the part that day, and said to just come in when I had time. I didnt even need an appointment... They had me in and out in less than an hour!

Very pleased with the work done and the ease of the whole process!!! I will admit that I was a little worried about using such a large company to do the work on our cars that got hail damage recently, but I never felt lost in the process. Camille was so funny and personable and made us feel like friends. She kept us up to date on where in the process the car was and was available for questions. The process was so easy! They went above and beyond to help with an issue we had previously with our car and they did not have to do that! That says so much about them in a world where customer service doesnt mean what it used to! We would highly recommend them!

I damaged my front bumper and grill in a fender bender. Collision Works finished the repairs on my car in a timely and efficient manner. They were exceedingly pleasant to work with and their customer service is excellent. When my new bumper turned out to be faulty (due to a vendor error), they ordered a new bumper, painted it, and then had me in to replace the bumper. Their staff was kind enough to take time out of their work day to drop me off at work and drop my car at my workplace when it was completed. I am very, very grateful to the staff at Collision Works for making this a fairly easy, efficient, and pleasant experience. Thank you so much!

Collision Works in Norman worked on my Cadillac. Looks better than when I brought it in and they must have been satisfied with their work because no one went over the car with me except on paper. Looks good overall, however, there are a couple of small scratches left on my fender, scratches on my window, and tape residue left to bake in the sun on the door frame. Also, I left a bit of treasure in the car and took a picture of it just to test their honesty. They left the pennies and the cross charm. Silver money was gone. Too bad.

I have brought my vehicle here twice for repairs. Each time I received excellent service. Camille kept me well informed on the progress of the repairs, and each time the vehicle was delivered when promised. There was a slight hiccup after the repairs were done, but they went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied costumer. Not to mention the actual body work is outstanding. Collision Works is definitely my go to for any body repairs. I highly recommend them.

My vehicle was hit while I was at a red light. The semi took out the rear bumper, tail light and left fender. Collision Works in Norman not only made the repairs in a manner so you cant tell there was any damage, but they also worked hard to get it delivered ahead of the original schedule date. Thanks to Steve, Susie and all the crew who were great! They treated me like I was their only customer that mattered at that moment. That is AWESOME Customer Service!!!

The most friendly, thorough, and professional people I have ever dealt with, especially Camille who explained in detail what work would be performed, then kept me updated via text messages about progress on my vehicle. And, my car looked wonderful when they finished repairs! Returned the Cadillac to get discrepancies corrected and I could not be more pleased. The manager, Justin, went over the vehicle with me in full detail and had it corrected within 45 minutes. I applaud Collision Works (CWs) ethical standards in getting my issues resolved. In witnessing CWs problem solving techniques and overall customer service, I strongly recommend them for any paint and body work for anyone who my need this service.

My wifes car had damage not caused by the accident after they repaired it (dent and scratches on opposite side of the car), which they blamed on the tow company. Then a friend got some work done with the same problem! Dent and scratches not caused by his accident. Hes still trying to get them to fix it. Terrible employee QC, always trying to get out of fixing damage caused by transport or careless employees. RUN... USE ANYONE ELSE.

Car looks absolutely perfect - very impressed especially with the matching of the paint work! Got some great advice from Shannon for visiting attractions in California when I go there (yeah, these folks stretch the limits of service!) and almost daily updates during the fixin-ups. The only disappointment was not finding a mint chocolate on the steering wheel... but this wont stop me from recommending them in future.
