Communication was extremely lacking. The only time I received an update on the status of my vehicle was when I called or emailed - even after being told I would be "called right back". My car sat for several days without being worked on because they were waiting for approval from the insurance company, but I had already received a check from the insurance company to pay Caliber. I didnt know my car was just sitting there until I called and asked for a status update. All I had to do was call the insurance agent myself to get a response. On the day I was supposed to be able to pick up my car, it was left outside with the window open during a rainstorm! I went to look at the damage and the car had not been put back together (bumper, taillights, window molding, detailing, etc.). I highly doubt my car (even without the rain damage) would have been ready to pick up. The mileage on my car was off by 380 miles from the recorded mileage when I dropped it off. Either they originally recorded it wrong, or someone took it for a joy ride, or both. After getting in the car, the seat adjustments were all changed, the AC was set to 58 degrees and blowing full blast (I assume they were running my car to dry the inside out). When I called about the mileage being 380 miles more, the service rep said he would call me the next day to figure out what he could do - 3 days later, no call. Im not surprised, this has been typical the entire time my car was in the shop. I suspect that Ill never receive a call. Lastly, I can still see where the damage to the bumper occurred, but it was such a terrible experience, I dont dare risk dropping my car off again. *The good* - The receptionists were always very polite and responsive. The paint match is good and repairs on the body (not the bumper) seem to be pretty good.

Ill be totally honest, I was FREAKING OUT over leaving my car here given the reviews but I told myself that if I had a good experience, Id do whatever I could to ease the minds of future customers. I dropped off my charger on Monday and received it back (on time) today, Friday. 100% of the time from the day I dropped it off, I had detailed text messages from Brittany with progress, set backs and updates. The impressive part- Brittany informed me that the bumper/paint had "fish eyed" and that they were going to redo it to make sure it was perfect and assured me it wouldnt affect the deadline to return. I got my car returned to me : -in FLAWLESS condition -paint perfectly matched -damage repaired seamlessly - 0 added mileage (even left our gauge on it that could tell me if it was driven for how long,at what speeds and when) -they even washed my whole car for me when I came to pick it up ** they even fixed a rock chip on my bumper that was totally unrelated to the work being done and didnt charge me extra for it. To me, that was very kind and example of someone that takes pride in their work especially when theyre already doing paint work in the area** I couldnt come up with a single complaint about this shop , its staff, or the work they provide even if I wanted to... extremely extremely pleased and thankful I had such a pleasureable experience with these folks. Although I hope to never need these guys again, I will not use anyone else if I do.

Front desk staff is polite other than that this entire process has been riddled with problems. My car had minimal damage from a crash wait time for my vehicle was over two weeks first go around. They forgot to reconnect the break lights. Three weeks after I pick-up my car up my bumper is hanging off I notice my bumper is attached with a black adhesive. I call the shop to tell them this they tell me in so many words Im lying. I set-up and appointment to get the bumper fixed I get up dates via text message. After 4 days I get a message a on Thursday 8:31 am stating my car is ready but had to be washed and there was already a bunch of cars in front of mine for the wash. I dont get another text until the following Monday at 8:45am letting me know my car was ready for pickup. I go and get my car the work is so shoddy even the tech had to agree the bumper wasnt put on correctly. Wait another three days was told a "bracket" needed to be ordered AGAIN. Then received a call staying everything that could be done on my car had been done. These people lie cheat and steal. Their work is very substandard. They refuse to take ownership for their mistakes. If you can advoid this place at all possible cost please do.

I am giving them 1 star only because of the woman who answers their phones (Carla). She has been very pleasant each time I have called. My vehicle was dropped off on a Friday at 11am. When I called on Tuesday to get an estimate on repair costs and time, I was told by the adjuster (Jeff) that they didnt receive my car until very late on Friday but I was next on his list. Because he has a firm 48-hour deadline, hed have my estimate ready by EOD. Wednesday, after having not heard from him, I called and was told he would call me right back - nothing. Thursday morning I called again (yep, still nothing, despite being told by Jeff that hed DEFINITELY have an estimate ready by Tuesday EOD). Carla put me on hold, came back and relayed a message from Jeff - according to Jeff, he was finishing up on the estimate and would be calling me within the HOUR to provide me the requested information". That was 6 HOURS AGO and Ive still not heard anything, nor has my insurance company. I STRONGLY discourage anyone from taking their vehicle (or having it towed) to this location - its been one excuse after another, and Im now 6 days into a rental with no ETA on when, or if, I will be getting my car back!

I have never written a review but this needs to be said! This has been the worst experience. They failed to communicate and tell us they hadnt started working on our car for nearly a week after we dropped it off because they were waiting for permission from the insurance company (even when we had the check on hand from the insurance company.) They never communicated any updates like they said they would. We had to call every time to see if they had even started fixing our car. Then they left the driver seat window opened during a rainstorm which further delayed the process. Luckily the interior wasnt ruined but they had to attempt to dry out the car and when we came to check on it there was another leak in the car where they "fixed" a window. The mechanic denied seeing the obvious leak. We will never again take our car here. Find a better option! Not worth the hassle and their lack of professionalism. Took them almost 3 weeks to fix a tiny dent.

Not paid to write this, and Im not related to the owner… I had an exceptional experience at this auto body shop. My car was side-swiped over the holidays and required fairly extensive body work. From start to finish, these guys were friendly, honest, and great to deal with. The work they did on the car was superb, and I was remarkably pleased at how well the experience went. They also have an Enterprise car rental desk on-site. I also had zero issues with the car rental experience. My insurance company, Geico, recommended this as one of their preferred suppliers. Altogether a shockingly stress-free experience. This is now my #1 go-to source for auto body repair (which, of course, I hope Ill never need again). Highly recommend.
