Great service with outstanding quality and attention to detail. These guys can only give an estimate on the amount of time the car repair will take. Once they get started other things come up adding to the time I would rather a body shop find every problem and fix it than rush through the job. Sawyer kept me up to date every few days by text. They were able to match up and paint my damaged trunk and bumper to make it match the rest of the car. It looks brand new. I can not find any faults in the paint after looking at multiple angles in the sun. Great job Service King

Dishonest or complacent are appropriate adjectives, take your pick. Told us delays were due to Insurance company, when the insurance agent had sent them the approval three days prior. Repeatedly misreported the work status of the car until we went to the shop and confronted them about it. Took them almost two months to repair light damage incurred in a slow speed accident. There are plenty of honest companies and service representatives who can care for your car, this isnt one of them.

Avoid these guys. They told me theyd repair car (minor bumper repair) in 3 days, took 8 days and only after escalating with my insurance company. Manager called me and yelled at me. When I asked for his managers phone number, he gave me a bogus phone number.

They fixed everything like new and even threw in a bumper repair for free.
