Wow....not enough words can even describe how Quality took care of me!! Had some pretty bad hail damage across the board on my Acura TL to the point I thought insurance may total it out. Got the run around from multiple body shops until finally had some people tell me about Quality. Took it there, Buster checked it out and in his own words, no lie, he said "Easy peazy....piece of cake" and I just looked at him like huh? Other shops were telling me I would be out of a car for a month and a half minimum and thats IF it wasnt totalled out but Buster told me a month MAX because his guys are that good and he was NOT lying! Got my car back today...not only was it in mint condition but they also cleaned the inside of my headlights and had my car detailed. I am telling you RIGHT NOW...take your care to Quality...point, blank, period

In the auto body world, it can be hard to know who to trust and who will take care of you. These guys are professional, courteous and honest. I would never take my car anywhere else! Service: Impeccable! Everyone there is so nice and eager to help. I recently took my car there to fix two separate claims and they held my hand through the whole thing. They even worked with my insurance company to get more money and make sure my car was like new. Quality: The name says it all. There is no way you can tell that my car was ever in a wreck. They did exceptional work and fast too. Very impressed. This is the ONLY place I will take my cars to!!!

Hi Larry and Ricky, I would like to publicly thank you for taking care of the people we send your way. As the owner of the Black Forest Werkshop and having tested the body shop market, you guys are faced with one major challenge. Its clear that some are upset from the git go. Who is excited about needing a body shops service in the first place - but hey - I know from experience, you guys are capable of satisfying any reasonable persons expectations every time your given the chance. I got in a fender bender in a very old uninsured car, I got it towed to Quality auto for them to take a look at it. They were quick and communicated both by phone and by email. They gave me a free itemized quote on what it would cost to fix. The cost seemed reasonable, but unfortunately it was more than I was willing to pay on that old of a car, so I ended up sending the car to a junk yard. They let me hold the car in their lot until someone was able to pick it up. Despite not actually getting the work done this time around I hope that they know that they gained a future customer by treating me well with my old junker.

They did a good job repairing my car after I got hit but I had to keep calling to get updated. They would say it would be ready one day and then a couple days before Id call and theyd say a few more days, so eventually I got it back, but apparently thats how all repair shops work, according to my hubby who works in a fleet repair shop. Im happy with the work and I was always able to find out what was happening when I called, so you cant ask for much more.

I brought in my Miata after someone nailed me in the front-driver-side panel. They fixed it up the right way, even sent back the 1st OEM replacement panel when they werent satisfied with the condition it arrived in. The staff was great; Rickie was a pleasure to chat with as he strolled around my 20 year-old car touching up whatever nicks he could find with the leftover paint from the body work. Friendly, professional, and excellent work!

Let me first state I cannot comment of the quality of body work at Quality Body Shop because the customer service at this place is so poor. They act as if your business does not count by not returning calls, not giving dates or times when they will call you back, and promising to have someone call you back when they never do. After numerous calls and 6 BUSINESS days withour any call backs I have decided to take my business elsewhere.

I hit a deer and wasnt sure where to take my car, Quality Auto Body hands down the best choice! I was freaking out about being without a car for week and weeks but these guys got my car in right away and starting the repairs as well as kept me informed with what was going on. Took my dirty 93 GMC Jimmy to Quality with a banged in drivers side door. What I got back was a sparkling, looking near brand new truck ! I could not believe it was the same truck I dropped off a week earlier ! Larry & Rickie have repaired all of our cars, old & new, each time with outstanding, always better than expected results.

Look no further. Excellent customer service. Family-owned business and would take care of you like family as well... Buster was so kind to fix a minor scratch by one of his guys on my car ...for free! I was in and out of there in 15 minutes and no sign of the scratch on my car can be seen. Thanks again!

I took my Mini Cooper in for some very minor work. The job was done that day at a significantly lower cost than I was prepared for. All of the employees I talked to were very helpful and forthcoming. I will definitely go back if I ever need to.
