Ive been to this location a few times over the last 3 years. They use to be Continental Collision but I guess that recently changed. I had a major wreck not to long ago, and everyone here made me feel at ease as usual. The vehicle was towed to them when they were still Continental Collision but at some point they became Caliber Collision while my car was there. I received a phone call from the individual that was handling my repairs to inform me of the name change (guess he was worried about me having my car towed to one company and then when I was to pick it up it being a different name), he reassured me that while the shop was now owned by Caliber Collision the same great staff was there to help me!! I had always had repairs done on my Mercedes by them as they were part of the Mercedes dealership in Austin and was skeptical of a Caliber Collision working on my precious baby being that it is a Mercedes. That skepticism was put to rest when I found it everyone that has helped me in the past would still be there and still have the knowledge and ability to fix my car. I couldnt have asked for a better experience! Thank you to everyone at the shop. The car looks beautiful and the smallest details were taken care of. They even gave me a bottle of touch up paint for those ugly rock chips! You may not be Continental Collision anymore, but Ill continue to come back should I ever need you again. Hopefully, this was my last time =) Sam

I wouldnt recommend using caliber collision. During our visit the staff was very friendly and the customer service was great. Initially I was very happy, until I got home and discovered my car wasnt put back together properly. The intake housing was just sitting there, it wasnt bolted on. The bolts on the skid plates were all COMPLETLEY stripped and some were missing. The inner fenders were also missing fasteners. The body work was done well and looked like new but it was so troubling to get my car back in an incomplete state. I feel like the attention to detail was lost and its a bummer to have to purchase a new skid plate to replace what was damaged. Im hoping this review can serve as a reminder to your staff to double and maybe even triple check all the bolts you loosen and be sure to tighten them up before you release the vehicle back to the owner.

I brought my convertible here after I had some damage to the front driver side. The front desk staff and the person who gave me the original estimate provided great customer service and were able to work me in the same day! Unfortunately, when I picked up my car a week or two later there were issues with the work and my complaint was not initially well handled by the office managerial staff. I spoke to the general manager Mr Rick Robinson, and he personally handled my concerns right away! Every business will run into problems but the care and consideration that was shown from the GM was clearly reflected by the majority of the employees and in the resolution of my concern. Will definitely return and recommend!

My husband was heart broken when somebody hit his Raptor in a parking lot. We took it to Continental, met Mike Fleming and felt at ease right away. He understood how important "doing it right" meant to us. Mike and his guys made our Raptor look like it did when it rolled off the showroom floor. It was a difficult repair involving a graphics match, Ford special bed liner match not to mention the metallic paint that has flecks of every color in the rainbow! It was all done to perfection. Mike kept us informed of all progress, invited us to come by to inspect the repairs along the way and dealt with the insurance part of it for us. I would recommend Mike and Continental Collision to anyone!

I have taken my car to be repaired at this location twice in the past 6 months. I was rear ended in November and then again in May. I am extremely satisfied with their service and overall repairs of my car. My car looks like new and like nothing ever even touched it. They kept in touch with me and kept me updated about the whole process. I would highly recommend this repair facility and will be back again if I need repairs. The staff is friendly and very professional.

After the initial quote and repairs they found that the frame was 3mm off and had to take a few more days and requote to repair the offset. They did great work and glad they didnt take any shortcuts. The guy who helped me said, "If we wouldnt send our Grandma home in it, we wouldnt send you home in it." His name is Robert Ferguson. My insurance and rental companies all worked with perfect synergy to make it an overall great experience. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with everyone I encountered at Continental Collision, from the nice lady who answered the phones to the gentlemen who repaired my truck. I received two calls in two days keeping me informed as to the progress of the repair. They truly wanted to do the repair right, but also to do it promptly. When I picked my truck up it was cleaned than when I bought it!

I had a really great experience at Continental Collision. Rob kept me up to date every step of the way. Parts were ordered quickly and the work was top-notch. When the car was returned to me, the focus was on how happy I was with the work, not how fast they could get me to accept the car and get me out of the shop. Couldnt be happier with these people.

Didnt have a good experience with these guys. The management are all old, slow, and technically illiterate. They dont stand behind the quality of their work. They do great body work but are otherwise unreliable.
