I was having a bad day when I wound up at PAB with front left accident damage, but right away they made me feel like I was going to be taken care of. They did everything right, from the repairs to the customer service. They made my car look like new. They remembered who I was every time I called or came in. They even fixed a couple of minor things unrelated to the accident at no extra cost to me. They did a fantastic job detailing the car inside and out before giving it back to me. What really set them apart was their eagerness to make sure I was satisfied. A prime example - before I left with my repaired vehicle, they asked me to bring the car back in a month so they could make sure they correctly matched the newly painted surfaces to the rest of the car (they did). In a time when it generally appears that customer service is no longer a priority (especially in an industry like automotive repair), its refreshing to see these guys care about you and your car.

Reys crew has painted several cars for me, including a Pagoda roof 69 280SL, 73 Citroen SM, 73 Porsche 914, Ferrari 360CS...all came out excellent. As someone that worked in a bodyshop many years ago, I appreciate his attention to details and uncompromising mindset (which results in the occasional cost increase...but you get what you pay for!). Its not the most impressive location and the office is not Berlis comfy set up, however; the result are on par with them at a fraction of the price. Fun to drive by and see whats "cooking", honda civics, subaru, fords, Ferrari, 328, 355, 365GT, custom 69 corvettes and even a MB 300 Gullwing...certainly an eclectic mix!

This auto body will not take responsibility about other situations that occur on your vehicle while under their care like if your stereo system Shuts off while under their care it will not be covered the owner will look at it for 15 min and not cover anything basically saying here go fix it yourself. So make sure when you go here to make sure everything is working properly cause theyll pull the rug under you. I took my car here through word of mouth now Im stuck with a $1,500 system that I do not know what my outcome is gonna be. I am left with a big problem I never had.

I brought my 2005 Acura RL in for a rear bumper repair, front air scoop repair, and general touch up. Rey exceeded my expectations. The work was not covered by insurance, and he gave me a great price with excellent work. I had my rear bumper repaired by another shop a few years ago, and Precision Auto Body did a better job than the other shop. They also buffed out all the scratched and touched up the paint on my car.. I consider myself picky, and my 7 year old car looks almost new! I highly recommend this shop, they do a great job!!

Ray, David and guys do an amazing job with the best paint and body in the city, probably the state. I love that they can handle all mechanical and full restoration too! Always an amazing project going on in the background, and some of the most friendly people you will ever meet!!
