We recently had a leak in our roof by the base of our chimney. Roof Masters had great reviews on Angies List, so I emailed them first. They called back the next day and sent a crew out to inspect it within the hour. The crew made a small repair and told me to contact the office for further repairs if it continued to leak. Well, it continued to leak so I called the office and spoke with the same gentleman I spoke with the first time. Suprisingly, he had no clue who I was and his reasoning was they hadnt created a work order or bill for me. Well, I refreshed his memory and told him we needed to have the additional work done. He quoted me $250 over the phone and said they would have a crew out within the week if the weather cleared. The weather the next day and I waited until the weekend, but the work wasnt done yet. So I called the office, spoke with a woman and had her leave a message for the guy that I was wondering when the work would get done. I received a call from the guy a couple days later and he said that he had personally come out to inspect the roof and now quoted me $450. He again said the work would be done within the week. I was a little perturbed that I had received no notification that he was going to be stopping by my house, let alone going on my roof. It would have been nice if he alerted me when he was coming. At any rate, I continued to be patient and waited another week. Still I had received no communication and the work was not done yet. At this point, I called and spoke with the woman again, and I told her this needed to be done ASAP before the rain started again. She apparently wrote down my concerns and passed it along, but offered no condolence or urgency -- she simply said she would pass along the message. I got a call back from the gentleman the next day and he said they would be out the next morning between 8:00 and 9:30am to make the repairs. He offered a quick apology and said they were busy. The next morning, nobody showed up at the specified time. I left for work and never received any notification if the work had been done. From what I can see from the ground, it looks like they did something, but I have no idea what or if they found additional damage, etc. Nothing. And then, a week later I get a bill for $450. In summary, while I was impressed with their quick response initially, I was very disappointed and frustrated with the lack of communication and poor customer service from there on out. They didnt seem to take my situation or concerns seriously, and offered no discount or other benefit to counteract their poor performance. I will seriously think twice about going with this company again, and have no intention of recommending them to anyone else.

We had a small repair job on our roof that needed to be done. Everyone I dealt with at Roofmasters was friendly, on time, and on budget. I truly believe that a measure of a companys integrity isnt when everything goes right, rather it is when small hiccups show up along the way. A carpenter fixed the plywood on the roof, meaning Roofmasters didnt need to do it, although it was in the estimate. I left a message after business hours and twenty minutes after they opened the next day I got a phone call from them, they had already looked into my concerns, politely told me the repairs they had made (even though I was wrong on part of it) and made everything right in minutes with no hassle. I will not hesitate to use them in any future repairs and will use them when its time for a new roof.

We live in a small golf course community where weve watched RoofMasters do the majority of the roof replacements in the neighborhood. So when our turn came in needing a new one we naturally called them first, and were surprised when their bid came in as the lowest of the three others called. We knew they had to be good, but again, we were surprised by the level of customer service they extended. Our new roof looked great - fantastic even! However our trim didnt exactly meet the new surface and stuck out like a sore thumb, so Mike sent a team in to fix and paint it immediately. We feel this exceptional service went above and beyond what other roofing companies would do, and wanted to give a big shout out to thank them. We would defiantly highly recommend this company!

The crew showed up day 1 needed a power cord and worked until 7pm. The removed my weather station well they broke it, looks like they just yanked it out with no care, breaking it into 3 pieces. Day 2 they left the site at 3pm leaving garbage and water bottles all over. Day 3 they parked in my garage. I would not recommened this company to any one. No one will return calls and their office hours are slim to none.

This company does great work, knows how to diagnose the problem and fix it the first time at a reasonable price. I think you will have a tough time finding someone as qualified as they are to repair issues with your roof and no one will do it for a better price.
