My mother had an active leak in her roof. This company stepped up and gave us the best bid. The crew is professional and caring. When the last of the construction material was removed, I asked that some damaged shutters also be removed, which I had expected to make an additional payment for. The crew leader had to climb up on the lower roof to remove the shutters and hauled them away at no extra charge. Excellent work too! Later, I had a leak in my roof and needed a commercial membrane on my historic home. It was the flat part, commonly known as the "widows walk". Again, Atlas came in with the best bid. They did the work and hauled away all of the debris right away. They came back and installed the decorative wrought iron I had purchased to frame the widows walk at an incredibly reasonable price. This is a very satisfied customer here.

Got 4 bids and Atlas was by far the highest-a whopping 20% higher than the second highest estimate. Wasted my time. They dont seem to understand the business theyre in. For a big outfit they must have a lot of overhead
