Im giving one star only because I am unable to give zero stars. Travis came to check my roof and prepared a quote, accepted my check, held it for over sixty days, then called and told me his heart wasnt into it, that he had underbid the job (I have to quit doing that he said) and that despite having a signed contract and down payment he wouldnt do the job. Then it was too late in the year to line up a replacement, it was November, and the house sustained a lot of water damage. I wish I could give a positive review but I cant. Its really too bad because I felt he really wanted to do a good job and seemed passionate and sincere. I was mislead, flaky to the extreme is correct. His office Mgr was very nice, though she too forgot to return my check for several weeks.

I shopped around before I chose a contractor to repair my roof and they gave me the best deal here. I was so impressed with their work and customer service, I have them come back and do regular cleaning as well.

HORRIBLE customer service, The guy is dense in the head! Roof is leaking after paying him, having it checked out by someone else and will be reporting him to the better business bureau.DO NOT CALL THIS FREAK!
