Our experience with Cloise & Mike Construction was amazing from the start. Grant Beier was a great person to work with when planning our roof purchase; and was the main reason we chose this company. They were booked out till next year but they knew we needed a new roof sooner rather than later. They called us a month early and were able to squeeze us in. The crew leader Steve Gritton was outstanding! He was courteous and professional. He and the crew showed up on time, he explained what the schedule looked like, and invited me to come out and meet everyone. He took the time to personally come down from the roof while he and the crew were at work to answer questions I had. He even helped direct my wifes car out of the garage. Great job to the entire team! They worked in all the elements, held a professional attitude the entire time while appearing to really enjoy their work; and even restrung our Christmas lights! The outcome is amazing! Great products, great craftsmanship and we couldnt be happier. The only areas of improvements we would recommend: A better "brief" with the client in the morning. There was a miscommunication with what to do with our satellite dish and it was disposed of (which they resolved.) A better clean up; the sides of our house were left covered in mud from falling debris (which they later came out and corrected.) And finally letting the customer know they leave their fall protection attached to your roof as an option. It was an immediate eye sore. (They also corrected this too.) Thanks again guys!

Formerly being in the residential construction and roofing trades years ago I am very critical of and expect quality workmanship and materials. The crew leader Brian lead a crew of 9 who showed up on time, got to work removing my old roof took a short lunch break and then installed a beautiful new roof on my house. All of the crew worked every minute of the day and one man on the ground continously picked up any debris when he was not supporting the crew on the roof. Brian fully answered any questions that I had for him and monitored the safety and installation of the roof. I feel that each member the crew worked on my house as if it was their own. They were polite and profesional and thanked me for choosing their company. My yard was also left as clean as if no one had been there. In and out in one day! After receiving bids from 5 other roofing contractors I know that I made the right choice and their bid was very competitive. Cloise and Mike were recommended to me by two of my friends who also were very happy with their new roofing. I have no problem referring my friends to Cloise and Mikes. Unfortunately, my 8 year old roof developed a leak and the company that installed it was no longer in business. I called several contractors to obtain estimates....after going through the process I chose Cloise...I did this even though their bid was just slightly higher...I made this decision based on the professionalism of the estimator who came out...he didnt rush...made a thorough inspection of my roof and explained all my options. The owner Cloise came out and tarped my roof preventing any damage to my ceiling. The crew who came out to accomplish the work were....professional....polite... the foreman Jake...explained the underlying causes of my leak and the damage done to the roof sheeting. The work was done with care and craftsmanship...with precautions taken to protect my property...my satisfaction was a primary concern. I am impressed with this company from the owner to the workers...they made the experience as painless as possible....with the minimum disruption to our lives....I highly recommend.

What a beautiful new roof we have! I knew that a new heavy shake roof would be a big improvement over our old 27-year old weathered, moss-covered, pieces-missing shake roof, but I didnt expect it to be as perfect as it is. The shakes themselves are thick and regular, and the quality of the workmanship is equally impressive. The crew are masters at their job, and it shows. Our neighbors are all complimenting us on the roof, as it is so visible to everyone as they come down our street. Not only are the men so obviously capable, they also appear to like what they do ... they were very cheerful while they worked. They were also very concientious about keeping the driveway and garden clean, picking up debris and blowing off everything each day. Now we cant even tell that they were here, except for the sight of our gorgeous roof. I might add that the cost came in exactly as estimated, and it was a very competitive bid. We can recommend Cloise and Mike enthusiastically.

I would like to thank the most professional contractor that I have ever done business with. Cloise and Mike removed and replaced our roof on both our shop and house, including the sheathing and the addition of bird blocks where needed. This was to correct a leaking roof that was installed just a few years back by another contractor. Cloise actually came to the house and crawled through the attic to ensure what needed to be accomplished and the accuracy of the bid. Brian and crew showed up on time and exceeded all expectations. I have never observed such team work and hardworking crew. Every time I asked a question about a task, the task had already been accomplished. My son has already received a quote from Cloise and Mike for his roof and barn and my neighbor stopped by and wanted a business card as well. I would highly recommend Cloise and Mike to anyone. Had a new roof put on 5 years ago and these guys are the BEST! Customer service is outstanding! This is a great local company and when you need them, they are there. I have recommended them several times and will continue doing so as they really take care of and value their customers. My job involved more than just roof, but replacement of built-in gutters and revamping fascia board and as other reviewers have stated, took only a couple of days and you wouldnt have even know they were there as they really clean up after themselves. I was doing some work inside the house at the time and when they started working, old blow-in attic insulation filled my family room (my fault for taking down the ceiling tiles a few weeks earlier) and one of the crew actually came in the house and cleaned that mess up as well - I was so impressed by that! I consider myself a loyal customer for life - keep up the great work!!!

Cloise & Mike Construction did our roof this last March. They were recommended to me by my father, who had them put on his new roof last year. The did our roof in only one day, and they job they did was top notch, and they cleaned up the area very well after they installed the roof. Before hiring Cloise & Mike we got three bids from other roofing companies, and Cloise & Mike came in right in the middle. We checked them out on Angie’s List and they had numerous excellent reviews on that web stie. We went to their office and were shown many color and style options. I would personally recommend this roofer to anyone. When the final inspection took place the inspector stated that in his opinion they are one of the better roofing companies in this area.
