Customer service is terrible! Didnt call when they said they would. Came out to our house while we were on vacation and didnt ever call. Got a bill in the mail when we came home from vacation and we had to call them and find out why we were sent a bill. They couldnt ever tell us exactly what day they were out, how long they were there, or give us any type of details about the work they did. No apologies, offers of explanation, or anything THEN, when we decided to pay (because my husband did go on the roof and some of the work was obviously done, like broken tile replaced was easy to see) they told me it would be even more (it was already a high invoice) to pay by credit card because they charge a surcharge!!

If you have work that is importent to your company then this not the place for you. We were left to wait for an est. for multiple weeks only to be called and told they were not coming and that they did not want to reschdule because they have to much work now. please do not allow them to make a mockery of your schdule as well thank you for reading and beware!!!

What a professional job. Very impressed on the workers, who made sure everything was cleaned up behind them. Blew everything, even under the eaves. The guys that were there, were so very courteous, and making sure the the back gate was closed for me, when I had to take our dogs out. Our roof looks great, and they did an awesome job.
