Miguel was the Service Manager that came to give the estimate. I had already had two other estimates prior to his visit. I was very impressed with his knowledge and his open and professional manner. Even though the bid from All Surface was a little higher for exactly the same repair specifications, I chose All Surface because of the interaction with Miguel. The two workers were friendly and gladly answered any questions I had while they were working. Each night the area was cleaned of old roof material. I think the only constructive suggestion would be to communicate better when there is a delay and the worker said he would be back on a Monday and I had to call and find out they would be back on Tuesday. I would have also appreciated a note or call that they did return on Tuesday ( as I was not home) from Miguel as he said he would be on sight on that Tuesday. Judy K

The entire company is first class. I purchased a Sunsetter XL. The sale, delivery and follow up were all outstanding. This is the way companies should be run. George and his crew were excellent on the install, and Miguel came out for a follow up adjustment and took the time to show me how to do it myself if I wanted to.
