He came on a Friday, told me he would drop off estimate on Monday. No show and no phone call Monday thru Friday. The following Monday, I called again, and he tells me I have your bid ready and Ill be there tomorrow afternoon, Tuesday. Again no show no call. An entire week wasted waiting around for this Putz... I want to add one more thing. I asked him how can you give a accurate estimate without going up on the roof, he tells me that he uses a satellite company that can zoom in on the roof, and he can see everything that needs to be done. Oy vey!!!

If I could give no stars, I would. He never did any work for me but he didnt seem to want it. I called two days in a row to schedule for him to come look at my leaking roof. He told me he would be by that afternoon and never showed up. He didnt even bother to call to tell me he wasnt coming or to apologize for standing me up or return my call. I spent two days waiting around my house for him to show up. It is a terrible representation of your business.

My mom had them do a roof just a few years ago. It has been leaking for the past couple. They have come out twice to fix it and it still leaks. The dry wall is now ruined in many places and has to be replaced. Can not get ahold of anyone. All message boxes are full. Going have to file an insurance claim and possibly a small claims or more. Hopefully the insurance will just go after them. VERY frustrated. Would not hire again!!
