I know for a fact how Weatherguard, Inc. runs their business! They will do whatever they can to make sure that the customers are happy with the roofing that are either replacing or repairing. They will not ever do unnecessary repairs but will do temporary repairs so a client doesnt have leaks during the rainy season. Once the weather has cooperated, they will replace the roofing if necessary. As for the customer service, John Coleman is top notch when it comes to customer service. Not only will he go out of the way to make sure you are happy with the job as it progresses, but he will call to verify that the customers are happy once the job is complete. Weatherguard has not only followed up on any and all bids that were given to their potential customers, but has had customers come back and have them do more work on other properties for them. They pride themselves on their professionalism and I am sure that if someones house leaked, even once, that they would go out to the house and correct any issue that may be causing the leak. Their employees are professional and get high reviews from the customers they work with. I have witnessed this on many occasions. I have seen the "Thank you" notes and heard the happiness of professionalism and courteous nature of the roofing crews. Weatherguard Inc. has 5 stars if you ask me! I will have any one of the men on their roofing crew roof my house if necessary. I trust them completely!!!

They recently roofed my grandmothers house. It looks very nice! Unfortunately they were really messy with the job and left a bunch of materials and garbage all around her house. I have counted so far 37 nails I found on the ground as well. They left a long thick piece of wood in the front yard. My grandmother is 86 years old and cannot clean up after her yard anymore. Very disappointed the cleanup was of none.

Charged for initial estimate which turned out to be worthless. Did unnecessary repairs, and then told me I needed a new roof. This all occurred in a one week span. Exceedingly poor customer service. Would never recommend to anyone.
