I have been using Same Day Auto Service for the past 14 years. I cannot say enough good words to express how pleased and impressed I am with every aspect of this auto repair shop. They have delivered perfect results every single time on three different vehicles through the years. Whether my need was an oil change, a tune up, a brake job or a mystery problem (like a renegade anti-theft device that wouldt let me start the car) they have resolved the problem and filled the need. The shop is clean and orderly. You get the sense that these people are going to do it right and that they care--and that has been my experience. Every staff member has been kind, professional, and efficient when I have been there. The waiting room is the most comfortable Ive ever experienced in an auto repair business. They are serious about not wasting your time and they get your car in and out in a timely manner. They are honest and realistic. But, If they do need your car longer they have always helped find alternative transportation...(at one time they had rental cars for $15.00 a day) but lately I see that they have a transport vehicle to give you a lift)--the point is that I have never felt so considered and respected by an auto repair shop and I know my 2005 Toyota Corolla will make it into the 200 thousand mile club because they have taken good care to make sure it will. I trust these people and have referred everyone I know to them. They deserve your business.

We all make mistakes, but few correct them to this extreme – I was having problems with the air conditioners on both of my cars. The Corolla I let Same Day Auto repair and they did an excellent job. The Nissan I had them diagnose the problem and chose to take it to a friend, who had just been laid off from another shop, he was starting his own business and needed some work. I told my friend what the diagnoses was and he ordered the parts (non-returnable) and put it in, oops, the diagnoses was wrong, it turned out to be a different part that was causing the failure. Later I talked to TJ personally and told him about what had happened so he could use this experience for a learning opportunity. In hind sight he realized that a mistake was made in the diagnosis by his mechanic and insisted that he was going to pay for all of the extra cost (the non-returnable part and labor) that I had done by the other mechanic. This cost TJ over $600. For work that his shop didnt actually do! Show me a dealer that would do this!

I love our friends at Same Day! This service was for an oil change, and traffic on I205 was horrendous for a Wednesday afternoon. Brian was so kind when I said that I might be a few minutes late, and I indeed made it! :) They were able to check on something else with my car that I had been concerned about, and are always so quick with the oil change. I never wait more than 20-25minutes! I have been coming here since I bought my 1999 Toyota Corolla in 2003, and everyone has been amazing! These folks are honest, caring and hard working individuals. They always go out of their way to help me with all of my questions or concerns. Kathy, Brian, both Andrews, and everyone else that I have ever worked with have helped me with ease. Every oil change, they top all of my fluids, check my brakes, and in the past, they have helped me out by letting me know if there was a screw or nail in my tire, and luckily, there is a Les Schwab right across the street! Thank you everyone!

Ive been going to Same Day for over 5 years now. I really like the staff. Theyve always very helpful and Im amazed at the fact that they always remember my name. Recently I needed a lot of repair work done, so they gave me an estimate. Theyve always been very fair with their prices, but because Ive been out of work I did some shopping around and found a little bit better deal at another shop. When I informed Same Day of this, they immediately told me that they understood completely. Without even hesitating, they matched the price without making me feel guilty. I really appreciated their understanding and it was nice that I didnt have to take my car to another shop just to save a few bucks. Ill definitely be back.

Jason and Steven are amazing auto specialist. If you are ever going to buy a car and need someone to look at it just take it for a test drive to their shop and pay $59.99. They will check the privately owned car out before you buy it. This will prevent you from buying a lemon. Unfortunately for me I was too late. They are awesome and will offer personal opinions on what to do with your car and will also explain in detail what does what for your car and why to replace asap if needed. Very good people and great customer service. They didnt even charge me for my rental since my car was in bad shape and I decided not to have it worked on. They let me use it for the day to run errands. They are the best!!!!

I believe that we were charged very unfairly when we took two of our cars here in the same week. We have been coming here for auto repair for years. I posted a review about my experience on Yelp as well as Google review. The owner called me right away. He met with me at my convenience and listen to my complaints and agreed that we had not been charged correctly. H e happily refunded me the portion that I felt was unfair. He was extremely nice and I felt he genuinely wanted to run an honest auto repair shop!! I will continue to take my car here again as I have for many years. I was unhappy and he made it right!!!!

Professionalism...Transparent...Concerned... My 2000 Toyota 4X4 Tacoma pickup needed some TLC and Same Day Auto provided just that!!! Jerry YarBerry communicates {Before-During-and After} each step of the way what your vehicle needs. The Technicians performed wonders and made my truck sing just like the day I picked it up from the Dealership...Small details like interior clean up proves the type of work and pride the team gives to your auto!!! 13 years of great auto service and repairs. I’ve taken my cars to Same Day Auto since I moved back to the Portland area over 13 years ago. I have always felt confident with their expertise and professional approach. I have referred a lot of my friends to SDAS because I knew they would be treated honestly and fairly. The staff is friendly and interested in me as a person. I go to Same Day Auto Service because I receive consistent service and wonderful service.

My wife and I have been a customer of Same Day Auto since roughly 1996. TJ and his crew have worked on our Isuzu, multiple Hondas and Acuras during that time. They are always spot on with their quotes vs. final invoice which is rare in their industry. Their internal staff are all very knowledgeable and friendly which I believe transfers to their technicians. We will be customers for life and highly recommend them!!! Thanks SDAS!
