Friendly, Efficient and Competent I took my car in for an oil change and received some helpful insight on the timeline the manufacture recommends oil changes and the timeline they do, and why. I was in and out in just over 30 minutes with a detailed inspection on my 2012 car, including using equipment that most shops, in my experience, would charge extra for. All the points of inspection were given to me in a simple checklist and the recommended work needed was clearly explained and noted, including pricing and timelines to take care of them. I will be back for the work recommended and feel 100% confident in their abilities to take care of my vehicles honestly and efficiently. They went above and beyond to help with a challenge I had with my car before I came in, unrelated to my oil change. Lauren and Eugene are fantastic to work with!

Jordans review is spot on. Ive been going to Auto Shop for years. They are the ONLY shop I will bring my vehicles to. In fact, Ive brought the last couple cars I to ASNW for inspections before I bought them. Their honesty and integrity is second to none. Im a bit of a shade tree mechanic and theyve been strait and told me that Id be better off doing some repairs on my own to save on labor costs. What shop does that??? The workmanship is fantastic. In the dozens of jobs theyve done for me over the years, I can only thing of one time I had to bring it back. They owned the error then fixed it right away WITH NO HASSLE. The shop is tucked away in OC, but its well worth the trip.

Brought my vehicle in, service was great. They explained what I needed to get done right away and what I needed in the future for maintenance with break downs of costs associated with each service. Priced very fairly. Not only that but when I picked up my vehicle they washed and tire shined the exterior. Great touch! Will definitely be recommending them.

Had my BMW towed to there shop, my alternator went out they replaced my alternator and my power steering hoses because they were leaking and made a mess under my car they cleaned the underside of my car and washed my car and put tire dressing on my tires. I will have then service my BMW cars . There prices are reasonable

Super friendly staff! Came in for an oil change, walked around town while they were working on it. I had my dog but they were fine with us hanging out for the last 10 minutes. Got to chatting with the staff about our plans to sell one of our vehicles and get a truck and they had some really great suggestions!

I have taken my car here for many years. They have always done great work on everything that they worked on. Its wonderful to deal with a shop that is honest and has integrity with estimates that are correct and fair. I highly recommend them and would give them more stars if possible.

They are honest, they do a great job and inspect vehicles throughly. I spent 98 dollars for a pre-buy inspection and found out the truck wasnt worth 500 dollars let alone 10,000 dollars. Thanks to them they saved me 10,000 dollars.
