I took my Audi here for an engine light. While waiting a girl came in to pick up her BMW. I overheard her conversation about how pleased she was with this place. This kind of made feel good I took my car to the right place. They read the engine codes and it came back as Gas vapor escaping. Apparently the gas attendent didnt put my gas cap on, and just set it under the cover. They guy felt bad but still had to charge me for reading the codes and fixing the issue (tightening the gas cap). Only 45 dollars...I called other places and they all wanted 80 minimum to read the codes. Ill surely go here again. Follow up. I took my A6 here to have the timing belt done, and although it took a littler longer than expected because of getting a part, they did a great job with great customer service. No longer have the car, but Id take any German car here again.

While up for a family member receving chemotherapy, I had a headlamp go out. The owner (pictured on his site) was a very kind man in that he took a few minutes out of his day to change my light bulb at no charge (I already had the bulb). Then a month or two later, I had to get an oil change and coolant filled and I went back to him to give him my business. I will always give my business to those that are kind enough to help me when I really am in need.

Fixed our older Mercedes reasonably and with a clear understanding of the technical issues, they were able to solve the problem quickly.. my only complaint is that their shop is off the beaten track by quite a bit. I can understand why given the lovely country location. I would certainly recommend them to anyone with German car problems.

Clean, organized facility. Long-term, well-trained engineer. Customer-focused in business. Their names are Jan & Zdena. Both are genuine and nice. This shop began when Jan got tired of being retired. You get the sense that once fixed, the car will stay fixed. I love my car. They do too. For real.

These guys are awesome. They are very knowledgeable with new and old models. Very affordable. They are best mechanics I have used for my BMW. I will always take my BMW to them for maintenance and repairs.
