I have never left a bad review for any business before but I felt like I needed to share our terrible experience with Cowger Electric. We hired Josh to help fix our fireplace. He did show up, 2 hours late and promised to fix our problem. When he left he took a part with him so he could get a replacement piece and assured me he would contact me later that afternoon. Nothing. It has been over 2 weeks and he still has our part and he will not return it. He doesnt answer any calls or return voicemails or texts. Please be careful. I would not wish our experience with Cowger Electric on anyone.

I really hate leaving bad reviews. In fact, I make a point not to, but I am very concerned about how Josh is running his business. He did not show up when he said he would, first of all. Secondly, he did not make any of the repairs he said he could, or write up the report he said he would write for our buyers agent. He left, and then went completely MIA and refuses to respond to any messages. Im very glad I didnt give him any money yet! I cant in good conscience recommend him to anyone.
