Last week I called DC Electric after an electrical fire in my kitchen the night before. I told the receptionist that I was nervous as the Dallas Fire Dept did not find the cause. I am also a Senior. I never heard back from them even after making a second call. I then went to Angies list and found a reputable company in Salem and they were very pleasant and with excellent customer service. I was very pleased with Northside Electric and will use them from now on. I would never recommend this company as they do not have good customer service. To this day, one week later, I have never heard from them.
