Saved me so much money! I took my car to Robert at Doran Auto and explained that another shop wanted over $3000 to repair my truck and I just couldnt believe it. Everyone at Doran is really friendly and easy to talk to. Their technicians looked it over, and Robert took the time to explain everything to me, gave me solid advice about what *really* needed to be done and why, and offered to shop around on parts to save me some money. Robert was very knowledgable about parts and was able to save me a lot of money, without sacrificing quality. Everything he said was backed up by internet research once I got home. I ended up saving about $1000 overall. Now the truck runs better than when I bought it (used)! Love this shop! Thank you guys!!

I took in my Subaru a few weeks ago to get my catalytic converter replaced. As soon as I drove it off the lot, I could hear rattling from the undercarriage. Took it back in and they realized the new catalytic converter didnt fit right. Suffice to say, weve been working on getting everything corrected. Normally this would not be a pleasant experience, but both Robert and Jessie have been extremely courteous and a true pleasure to work with. Theyve worked tirelessly to make sure everything is installed correctly and try to work around my busy schedule. I will definitely be going back for future repairs.

Ive been going here for years, and theyve never led me in the wrong direction. They do a nice rating system for service, to let you know the current status of parts as they wear, and they never recommend replacements until they are actually needed (unlike a lot of shops that will claim a replacement is needed just to get extra money). One of the few last honest mechanics left. Ive since moved up to Seattle, but still come down on a regular basis, just to get my truck serviced. Stop in sometime, and ask for Mike. Hes the owner, and hell take care of you like none other. Tell him Phill C sent ya!

Fast, convenient and courteous. I made an appointment here to get my oil changed and took a chance based on the great google reviews. I was trying to avoid "chain" oil change shops because I hate people trying to up-sell me constantly. I spoke to two people on the phone when I made the appointment (because I had some additional questions) and they were both very friendly and informative. When I brought my vehicle in, I was greeted by friendly staff and my car was taken back promptly. My oil change was quick and no hassle. I will definitely bring my vehicles here for my future needs.

A few months back, I wanted to purchase a classic Cadillac from a company in Newburgh. I live in SLC and needed an inspection on the car so I called Doran Automotive. First of all, the price they quoted me was more than reasonable. They picked the car up for me from the auto shop, brought it to their automotive center and completed a thorough inspection. Jessie was the person I worked with and he was very generous with his time and explained everything that was wrong with the car and sent me a full inspection list of all he had found. I took my Volvo here, the gentleman are very curtious, timely, and efficient. Im very satisfied with their work. My job was not an easy one, I thought was a blown fuse ended up being a circuit board burned out. Even though it was a tough job since this was my third place I had taken my vehicle to, to find the problem, these guys were able to get the job done. And at a fair price. Thank you Doran Automotive very much, now I can take my son out for a belated birthday (he turned 2) =)

Doran Automotive was the answer to my prayers! I am a student at a local college, and I needed to get my oil change, but was a little skeptical of the auto companies in the area. I am new and just didnt know who I could trust. I found Doran Automotive, and thought I would give them a try, and I am so glad that I did! They were so kind, and very helpful. They changed my oil, and helped me get ready for a trip I was going on. I would recommend them to ANYONE!

Had the best experience Ive every had with an automotive repair service at Doran Automotive in Newberg,Oregon. We took two vehicles to them within a few days to perform pre-purchase inspections on the vehicles before deciding to purchase. Mike, the owner is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the vehicle issues in simple terms, that made sense and helped us make informed decisions. Highly recommend them!!!

The company gave me discount because I went to George fox. I thought they were nice but the prices were really high. A oil pan seal replacement came to 420 without my discount. Other repair need was estamted at 900. They did not try to selling me on useless repairs. Good and bad. I got a price for a shop near them and it was 240 for se repair. It was too late to change shops. Always check other shops and prices.

They were the only place that called me back after leaving a message for a quote on a repair. They fixed my car in a reasonably amount of time. I had issues with a bad part and they corrected it without any hassles. The staff at the desk seem friendly. I dont get the feeling like Im being scammed like I do at most mechanic shops. Definitely a good experience and they will keep my business.

I have never been to an automotive shop and been treated so greatly. I am given pretty much a detailed report as to what was done with my car, how it was done and the guys are more than willing to answer my questions with honest answers. Now a days its hard to find a good mechanic, but the guys at Doran made it real easy to trust. I will never think twice about going any where else.

My GFU daughter had some car trouble and being 120 miles away from home and our mechanic was a little unnerving. Luckily we found Doran Automotive! They were able to get to work on her car quickly, diagnosed the problem right the first time and complete the repairs for less than the original quote! GFU STUDENTS GET A 10% DISCOUNT TOO! On my C240 they charged me 150.00 to find out what was wrong with my Mercedes they got it wrong said it was a $1800.00 dollar part when I had it towed to a Mercedes repair shop they found it was a $40 part and charge me $180 to get it fixed. On Duran on there behalf they were very professional refunded the diagnostic money would be happy to go back there for any other car .
