I have never written a review but due to the uniqueness of my situation with Aloha Auto Body & Paint I decided to indulge my fellow shoppers. The dealer I purchased my new vehicle from recommended this body shop to attempt to fix cosmetic manufacturing flaws regarding misaligned body panels. Once the repair was complete, I inspected the vehicle to find the body panels were misaligned in a different location than before the repairs. They informed me that the panels have limited adjustability due to the tight tolerances of modern vehicle manufacturing, going as far to say the vehicle was improperly designed. I accepted this and proceeded to take action with the dealer and vehicle manufacturer. Representatives from the vehicle manufacturer contacted the body shop, at least two times to my knowledge, inquiring about the reasons the vehicle could not be properly fixed. They were honest and respectable in relaying the information about the misaligned panels but was not enough to convince the manufacturer to provide any compensation. I was forced to take legal action which ended further communication with the body shop. Six months later, after the resolution, a shopping cart struck my passenger rear door causing noticeable scratches. I called my insurance company, filed a claim, and scheduled an appointment through my insurance company at Aloha Auto Body & Paint because I received honest service… surprising hard to find. Before I could get a quote the body shop contacted and informed me that they refuse to work on my vehicle because of their bad experience from the past. That is unacceptable in any line of work involving customer engagement; to build a reputable company any experience with customers is important. Refusing will only result in a negative consumer attitude that eventually cause detrimental views towards the integrity of the company and specific individuals within the company. Individuals that are unlikely to be employed by the same company for their entire career but rely on their previous employer to obtain favorable recommendations. Take my review as you will, but I cannot recommend this body shop.

So I have used this shop in the past accident I was involved in and they did a great job... I was in another accident and I thought I would use them again. I was told by my insurance representative that since the person who hit me was uninsured that my deductible was 200. Well when I went in to pick up my car I was told that I had to pay them 500... I then told them that was not right and my deductible was only 200 and I wasnt going to pay the 500 then they responded to by your not taking that vehicle off this lot till the 500 is paid. They then said what do you think we work for free! I then responded with frustration and a few expletives that what are you f&$@ talking about my insurance is paying you then a short fat old man came out yelling at me to get the f@&$ out of his shop got in my face like he was going to fight me!! I brought them business and this is how I got treated... I will never bring any future work nor will I ever refer them to anyone. So to any of you thinking about bringing your damaged car to this place beware there customer service absolutely sucks they are extremely rude and not considerate to what there customer might be going through. I would run the other way and not look back! DO NOT USE THIS BODY SHOP!

I have never been in a fender bender before and didnt know how the process worked. I went in to this Farmers certified location thinking someone would walk me through the process on how to get an estimate etc. However, the receptionist seemed to be very rude and unwelcoming in explaining how it works. Getting in a car accident and dealing with insurances is already hard enough. I was just trying get an estimate and instead was very rudely told that they didnt have any time for me. I wasnt expecting instant service, but a little patience can go a long way. They might do great body work, but I have taken my business elsewhere due to this unpleasant experience.

They know their car specs! We worked with Gary for the most part and received top notch customer service. He handled almost everything - even letting us drop of the rental loaner there at the shop for them to pick up so we could take our car right then. We had to take the car back for a minor adjustment that was taken care of promptly. When we got the car back from AABP both times, it was all clean too! Ill be referring friends to this business because I am sure theyll get the same great service.

Very friendly and knowledgeable place to get your repairs done. I almost didnt had to do anything I dropped the car off and I told Steve Enterprise was going to pick me up and he called them and let them know to pick me up. Steve and his team stick to the time frame given to me and even clean my car inside and out, outstanding service.

I just had our Prius repaired by Aloha Auto Body Paint, and Jeff Modjeski is in charge of our repair job. They did a great job and returned the car to us on the day they promised. They also took care of all the deals with the other partys insurance company whose client was at fault. It was a good experience to work with Jeff.

They refuse to paint two car parts that I brought in for my show car and referred me to Maaco, I was trying to support local. Pretty frustrating for them to turn away money because they only want to take care of insurance companies apparently. Way to treat a local, guys. Thumbs down.

This shop is awful. I went there twice for work on my car after it was in an accident. They are rude, perform shoddy repairs with aftermarket parts, and I had to take it back four times because they missed a whole bunch of broken items. AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS>

These guys are awesome! I took my Jeep here after my accident and they were very friendly and helpful. They even negotiated their rental agreement with us so my family and I could still make our camping trip! I would definitely recommend these guys to my friends.

They put broken parts back on my car, and parts literally fell off the car as I was driving it home! Steve then got livid when I gave them a bad review in a survey from Farmers, and now refuses to work on my car. Stay away from these sociopaths at all cost!

Two times in the past year we have had vehicles needing repair. My wifes Mini Cooper and my sons Mitsubishi. The level of service and the attention to our needs was fantastic. I highly recommend them and thank Jeff for all his help with our issues.

Amazing service. Great work! Very nice people! My vehicle was very sandy inside and dirty from traveling down the coast, but when i picked it up it was detailed inside!! Thank you for doing that, its the little things in life that can mean the most.

Really friendly staff. If you contact them, they get back to you quickly. Willing to work with you and help you out as much as possible. Fully work with the insurance adjusters so you dont have to.
