My first contact with Case Automotive was when I needed an engine light checked. Rob, the owner, immediately had me drive my car into the shop and checked it for me. He discovered a small leak in a hose. Rob replaced the hose, for me. At the same time, Rob discovered that my drivers door was squeaking and proceeded to oil all of my doors. I mentioned a problem, I was having, with my rear tail gate and Rob got out some tools and made some adjustments to it. Afterwards, the tail gate worked great (first time in months!) Rob only charged me a couple of dollars, for the hose, and refused any other payment. I was very impressed to say the least. A couple of months later I brought in my Subaru for some overdue maintenance and parts replacement. Rob explained everything that was needed and why. He printed me out a list, that was very clear as to what needed to be done. I did some checking and found that Robs pricing seemed to be fair and gave the go ahead for the work to begin. The work was done in a timely manner and I can certainly tell the difference in the running of my Subaru. I have just had a third visit with Case Automotive, with our Ford Explorer. It was in need of Brakes and new Shocks. Again, this work was done in a timely manner and I am very pleased with the work. Transportation to and from home was even provided when it was needed. Rob is very personable and easy to talk with. As a woman, I have had mechanics that just brushed me off. This is not Rob, he takes the time to explain the workings of the different parts of the car so that even I understand it! I am happy to recommend Case Automotive to anyone seeking a good and honest auto repair shop.

Took my truck in for an alignment and was told it needed $1000 worth of repairs to replace my hub bearings in order for the alignment to be warrantied. I told them I wanted to get a second opinion and upon driving away I was hearing a clunking sound from the front end. I took the truck into another shop and had them look it over and was told that they didnt tighten anythind down and my truck was already out of alignment. I had them also look at my hub bearings and they informed me that nothing was wrong with my truck. Fourtunately enough this second shop was able to quickly align my truck free of charge as well with no permanent damage done. I called back to Case Automotive to try and get a refund but they refused saying that it wasnt warrantied as I wouldnt let them do they hub bearings on my truck.

Rob (and Jesse) did everything they could to fix my car without going to the expense of installing a new motor but alas, it was not going to happen. In the end Rob was able to find a rebuilt motor; with a warranty no less. The prices are competitive and I would recommend Case Automotive whole-heartedly based on their mechanical expertise, their honesty and their integrity in the community. A small-town business in operation wouldnt be able to have kept its doors open for 65 years without it. I would also like to mention the angels that helped get my car running again. You know who you are.

I think they did a great job. They found, and fixed, my original problem. In addition, they spotted a couple other issues, notified me, and fixed them at no extra cost! Kept me informed about all findings and anything needed throughout entire repair process :) And I disagree with the previous comment, about taking your vehicle to a dealer. A dealer has much higher prices, they charge you for every little item, and their warranties are only good for 120 days to 1 year. Case did me a solid ;)

Great Service, very reasonable prices, high quality work. My old Accord needed some love and I was a bit worried how much it would run me but I was extremely surprised and happy with the price. The turnaround time was excellent and my car is running great! The new owner Robert Bennett communicated everything clearly and was very pleasant to work with. I must say, the owner was very helpful and really seemed to care what was going on with my wifes car. He pointed out one issue that we had not known about and showed her the LEAK. My wife went into have her breaks fixed, because she was told by another shop that the rotors needed replaced. He informed us that they were fine and only needed to be resurfaced. All in all seems like an upstanding place and guy. Thanks for being upfront with my wife!

I was in a journey from Colorado to Canada and going back home. So embarrassed to find out battery problem in a not familiar city. I googled and visited. My Lexus needed a timing belt which was no problem for Case to take care of. But the technician did a full inspection on my “new” used car and found that the tire profile was too wide and actually rubbing the inner sidewall making for a safety issue. The attention to detail really made an impression on me.
