Great work, quality, price and honest service. I spoke with this business over the phone and got the cheapest quote of all the exhaust shops I could find in the nearest 50 miles, I explained every detail of what I needed and why, what my engine swap was and what my problems with the stock exhaust was, the price was estimated over the phone and the date was set a couple weeks in advance because I wanted to make sure I wouldnt spend my check on anything else... I dropped my truck off and the price was still the same and he told me it would take 3-4 hours of work... he called me about an hour later and said there was a problem with my bolts... I happened to say "yeah I tried to fix that exhaust leak by tightening those bolts as tight as humanly possible" and his reply was "okay Ill get back to it after lunch but I dont want to break your bolts and do extra work for free so Ill call you later" got a call a few hours later and it was coming together good, basically what Im trying to sum up is he said it would take 4 hours of work, and even though it took him 10-12 hours of work because of unseen circumstances, he still only charged me for the 4 hours of work like the agreed apon price on the phone several weeks earlier. I know how rusty my old exhaust was and I can see the work he had put into it so I can tell you he wasnt screwing me around for six more hours, he didnt know over the phone the condition my truck was in and agreed apon a price that he didnt know would take him more hours than it actually would but he stood by that original quote, and for that Im very happy and thankful to this business, I would drive from Eugene, molalla or even from Portland to come to this shop specifically. Honest prices, sticks to his word, cheap brand name products "flow master & magnaflow" and the prices I got from other exhaust shops that not only were more expensive but they were using steel tubing, not aluminized coated steel tubing like this shop, and the other shops said to match this mans price they could only do the rear half of the exhaust and not the entire tube motor to tail with inferior products "steel which may rust". So this shop was the cheapest, stood by his original estimate, did more for my money than any other shop could have, used aluminized steel tubing which other shops had at a higher price, and used brand name products. Im coming back for my next daily when I get her, but that wont be for awhile I hope :)

Went to this shop by recommendation and was not disappointed. Received prices on two different mufflers and chose the one I wanted. The work was done in less then 6 hours, but I had to pick the truck up the next day regardless (My issue not theirs). When I go to pick up the truck there is a discrepancy in the price agreed upon and the one charged. The shop recognizes this was a miscommunication on their part and honored the lower/agreed upon price with out any argument or hesitation, Superb customer service, friendly and trustworthy shop if you ask me. Would totally recommend this place to anyone needing service.

Went in for a brand new exhaust from the down pipe back to the muffler. I could not have been happier with their customer service, price and their work. Mike is extremely knowledgeable and a genuine person. If I were to move out of Albany, I would literally drive 100 miles to have Albany Wheel and Exhaust work on my cars. A++
