I went to this shop for a pre-purchase inspection on 2011 Honda Civic. It was my first time here and was worried I might get a bad deal. On top of that I was running late from the dealership.(around 30 min) I was nervous they might have canceled my appointment but were more than willing to take a look at the vehicle. They test drove, inspected it and told me any issues it had, they even mentioned the current KBB price. It was a great experience and I have no doubts that I will back here for any issues with my vehicle.

Twice now Ive had Quality Plus work on my vehicle and both times they have been excellent. The staff is friendly and professional. The mechanics are very thorough and communicate well. Steve, Cindy and the rest did a fantastic job in providing quality work, at a fair price. Steve even drove me home while they worked on it, and picked me up at home when they were finished so that I could avoid cab fair!! Who does that? Very few car shops. Highly recommended, you wont regret it!

I have been coming here for 3 years. I always get great service and they have helped me figure out different options to fix problems when there was a quick and dirty fix or a more expensive bigger fix. They explain the problem in a clear way that I can understand too so even though I dont know much about cars, I feel like I understand the issue they are working to resolve. Id only take my car somewhere else if its not in their repertoire.

After reading the quote for replacing the muffler for my Toyota from the dealer, I decided to check with Quality Plus Auto Repair & Mufflers LLC. Their quote for the same job was clearly better for the same job. They did the work professionally and without the overhead costs that was included by the dealership - no lounge chairs, no TV, no coffee, just a muffler and the required attachments. EDITED REVIEW: I had taken my Bronco in to have some work done to the exhaust recently, and there was a dispute over some of the work and the charges. The owner personally called me and worked through the disagreement and made the situation right. The owner cares greatly about his business, and works hard to make sure his customers are satisfied.

Very quick and thorough Oil Change Service on my 2000 Infiniti. In addition to topping off all fluids and changing the oil they gave an accurate report of items needing attention. It was nice to see an Auto epair Shop in Salem Oregon that took the time to care. I will deinitely use them for future service and repair.
