WORST MOVERS EVER!!! Do not EVER use these people! I ordered a bed which was supposed to be delivered within 2 weeks and 3 weeks later I still had not received my order. I called the company that I placed the order with and they said the moving company had experienced some kind of delay. I then receive an email that my bed is scheduled for delivery--in another 2 weeks!! Then the day they are supposed to deliver the bed they contact me to tell me their truck is too big and cannot pass under the bridge. Except there is a main Hwy DIRECTLY to my house with NO BRIDGE!!!! Their moron shipping coordinator sent them down some obscure back road where trucks are not even supposed to drive on!! IDIOTS!!!! When I call to find out what is going on they then inform me the company I ordered with will no longer have them deliver the bed. And so now they have MY DAMN BED and who knows when the hell I will ever see it. Do yourself a favor and NEVER EVER use this company. EVER!!!!!!!!

Mike, David and Aaron moved us over one day recently and did an excellent job. Despite having to work with narrow basement stairs (and a really heavy couch) and a destination with poor parking access, I didnt hear a single grumble or complaint. They were professional, courteous, respectful of our possessions and our time, and simply pleasant to work with. They said up front that they would only take one break for lunch, and they meant it - they worked hard almost straight through the day. We will be moving again in the near future, and will hire PDX Movers for that move as well. We would recommend PDX Movers to anyone looking to move in Portland.

Please do not use this company. They brought me two of the same love seat. I told them I only ordered one and to please put it back on their truck. They responded that that would require them to move the furniture on their truck and couldnt do it, especially since they were already two hours late!!!! Now I am waiting for the weekend to pass for Wayfair to pick it up next week. They said they often get two or three of the same items, so they should know how to handle this professionally. Save yourself a lot of stress and dont use them. I paid two friends from my church and moved with less hassle than this love seat has been.

Terrible customer service. After leaving explicit instructions to call my husband to coordinate delivery and not me (due to being out of town), the drivers ignored the request and called me anyway. When I called back and asked if they hadnt been able to reach my husband, they claimed to have been calling him for the last hour. It was a blatant lie. When asked if they could wait 10 minutes for him to show, they said no. I understand keeping to a schedule, but 10 minutes is too much to ask when you just arrived? And to then cut off the call by just hanging up is incredible. Dont use this service unless you absolutely have to.

Really great experience start to finish. PDX Movers delivered a sauna purchased through Wayfair to us. We are a tough delivery as we are on a floating home. We have a limited number of retailers in the area who will deliver right to the door here with a quarter mile trip down a boardwalk, often in the rain this time of year. So we fully expected to have it dropped off in the parking lot and have to take it from there. But Evy and Erick showed us thats not how PDX Movers rolls. They brought it right in the door for us. I just wish we had known about PDX Movers when we moved in!

Mychal and Erick just delivered a new table I ordered from Wayfair. I ordered this table to replace our current dining room table so I asked if they would be so kind as to move our old table to our garage before they bring in the new table. Both of these guys were so quick to respond with a gracious "yes were happy to help" attitude and they had the job completed within minutes! What a GREAT team! These guys were awesome! I would call them again for future help with moving and recommend them to friends and family! THANKS SO MUCH! you made this so easy for us!

Pdx movers is contracted with ZippyShell. I had hired zippy shell to make my move across the country with four small children go smoothly. Zippy shell made everything worse. Pdx went above and beyond what they were required to do, from the front desk lady Audree going out of her way to call zippy multiple times on my behalf to the three moving men who unloaded the shell in record time-thanks Mychal, Daltan, and Brett. PDX was there for me every step of the way. I HIGHLY recommend them for any moving needs! We thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

I booked pdx movers 2 months before my move. During my trip to pdx, I ended up in the ER . I had to chg my move -in date and I gave them a 4 days notice. All involved agreed on another day, which was great for me, and worked well with their schedule. I finally arrived and called to confirm. No one returned my call. Finally with the move - in day arriving, someone answered and informed me that they had given away my scheduled day. I was crushed. I had no one to help me. They didnt care and didnt even return my call. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I took the time off from work to receive a table I purchased through Wayfair and they brought it to the wrong town. They did not make it right by getting it out to me. They couldnt even tell me when they could get it to me. It is just a waste of a afternoon and a lot of money out of my pocket for having to take the time off from work. Now I get to take more time off on another day. UPDATED- from 1 star to 4 stars. I appreciate you making this right for me!

Do not hesitate to hire them for your move. The entire process was excellent. Communication throughout, arrived on time, the guys were professional, positive, and incredibly hard working. They did an amazing job moving out our house, wrapped the furniture, and got all in the storage facility smartly and quickly. Seriously- they are worth every single penny. I would recommend them to everyone and will use them again if I ever need a local move.

I worked with PDX Movers recently and had an excellent experience. From the beginning, Audrii was very helpful and kept a clear line of communication throughout the process. The project day was nearly 100 degrees and Mychal and Brad were fantastic to work with. The project completed on time and to the expectations set forth at the beginning. It was a very professional process. I will definitely work with PDX Movers again.

We just recently moved to Oregon and are still unpacking boxes!! We ordered a twin sleeper couch that needed to go in our office. Robert and Woody called prior to arriving, were professional and courteous and managed to move the small sleeper couch through our garage to our office inside. Thanks for helping us move this awkward piece inside!! Would definitely call PDX again in the future!!

Called to delay delivery within hours of email notification. Items delivered anyway while I was away on a two week vacation. Four large and heavy boxes left in plain view to street. They acknowledged that messages werent being checked due to an employee issue. They kindly offered to pick up and re-deliver for $50. The items were delivered without any damage.
