I recently moved here from Texas using a POD. This is actually my second time using PODS. My first experience was awesome. The first half of this move was smooth. Yesterday, July 19th my POD was supposed to be delivered between 2-5. As usual I received the email and phone notification confirming my delivery. By 6:30 when I still hadnt heard from POD with an ETA I called to confirm that the POD was still on the delivery schedule for that day. The dispatcher tried to reach out to the driver, no response. I should have known something was wrong then, but I took them her at her word that my POD would be delivered that evening. Unforunately it is 5:53AM, July 20th. I still have not received my POD, a call nor email from POD regarding my delivery. I have movers scheduled to come to my house in 2 hours to unload this POD. This is no POD to unload. Needless to say the end of the move has been a total disappointment. The next time I move I will not be calling POD!!!

Recently we used PODS to store our possessions between moves. We rented two PODS, one 12 one 16. We had the PODS delivered 3 days into the third month. We were charged with the FULL third month rental fee. Even though pro-rating is an option in the contract. After 1.5 hours on the phone with PODS national customer service, they admitted this pro-rating is subject to individual PODS location discretion. Well guess what? NO PRO-RATING...surprise, surprise. The problem for Wilsonville PODS is our experience was excellent with this one exception. Think well recommend Wilsonville PODS to our friends or ever use them again? Nope. Way to lose a customer and untold number of additional customers, PODS. Hope you enjoyed keeping my 28 days worth of rental fee, when you could have left a customer completely delighted. THINK TWICE BEFORE STORING YOUR STUFF WITH PODS WILSONVILLE. I wont do it again, ever.

I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism in my life. We had our storage unit scheduled to be delivered for our move, and had the movers ready and waiting. They never showed up, so an hour on hold and two visits to the actual warehouse in Wilsonville later we found out that they didnt get delivered because our units were "buried" in the warehouse and "hard to get to." They had weeks to prepare our PODS and get them out to our house at the scheduled time. Their solution was that they would get them out as soon as they could, with no way to know even a rough idea of when that would be. This just happened literally 10 minutes ago and we still dont know when our units will be at the house. The movers we hired are waiting around for us and this whole situation is ridiculous. Do not use PODS if you plan on getting your stuff moved in when you ask for it.

Most of the reviews are at least 9 months old - and their service hasnt improved ANY in the interim. I echo everything already said - unprofessional, expensive, no pro-rating, dont communicate, dont deliver or pick up when they say they are going to and WORST of all - no way to call anyone locally when there is a problem. It is 6:45 PM and I am waiting for a redelivery scheduled between 2:30 and 5:30 (not my choice) and my business closes at 3:30 - I am just sitting here waiting and when I called the national office (only phone number available) it is closed so I dont know how long I am supposed to wait! If I could, I would give less than 1 star!

PODS Moving & Storage provided us with wonderful service and was a great storage option for us when we needed to stage our house before our move. The storage options met our needs and our household items remained safe and undamaged. The customer service team was excellent and it was always easy to reach a person rather than having to navigate through an annoying phone tree. Just make sure you communicate which direction you want your POD placed and specifically where (i.e. in your driveway or on the street) each time the POD is being delivered, to suit the needs for loading or unloading the POD. We would definitely recommend this company!

DNOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY, IT TOOK 12 DAYS FROM MY CALL TO PICK UP MY POD FROM MY MOVE OUT DATE, AND ANOTHER 12 DAYS TO DELIVER MY POD, THE WORSE PART IS YOU TALK TO SOMEBODY ACROSS THE UNITED STATES THAT CANT SPEAK CLEAR ENGLISH, NOR CAN YOU TALK TO MANAGER, IT IS WAY MORE HASSAL AND HEADACHE THEN RENTING A U HAUL OR STORAGE THANKS PODS FOR MAKING ME OVER PAY FOR BAD SERVICE, AND MY MOVING OUT AND IN MORE STRESSFUL THAN IT ALREADY IS, AND FOR BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been driving around willsonville, or for an hour trying to locate my POD. I call once to schedule the visit and confirmed that was the location. I called a second time to confirm the address because I could find it. I called a third time tof ask for directions. And now they are telling me that its not in Wilsonville, its in Milwaukee. And if Im not mistaken they charge extra if they have to deliver outside the locations area! I will not be using them again.

Weve used them twice now to move and it has been a great experience both times. The last time we had to store our household goods for 3 months and this made moving hassle free. No unloading into a storage unit and them having to load it all back up again to move into your home later. It was cheaper for us to store with PODS than it was to rent a storage unit.

Ive used PODS twice and Ive been extremely happy and impressed at their service. I would recommend them to anybody that needs to move their belongings anywhere. Both times I used them were for long haul moves. They are so nice and easy to work with. Use them, youll be glad you did!

My entire PODS experience was easy and great. The pickup center here in Wilsonville was great about my POD and the guy who runs the place was awesome. He was total old school about customer service and was very respectful and helpful.

I would not recommend using POD. WHile a lot of their service was good but expensive their delivery was non-existant. We had to unload the POD into a rental truck and then take it to our location and unload it again.

Loved our POD experience. Helped sell our house because we cleared it out and they were very flexible with return dates as we had to change it a few times due to illness. Would totally use them again!
