Horrible! I will NEVER use PODS again. The saga to date: The online system does not allow the POD return delivery to a zip code that differed from where the POD was picked up. So, on the 3rd, Tamisha took the address information and scheduled the redelivery for the 11th. On the 10th, PODS sent a confirmation email and telephoned with the delivery schedule, but on the 11th the POD was not delivered and no one called. After the delivery window elapsed, I called PODS and they said the driver was leaving in 10 minutes and should arrive soon. That was not accurate. Over the next three days, I called PODS five times to be transferred around and be kept on hold for over 30 minutes at a time. Still no POD. The "customer service reps" all seem to be in Florida and dont understand time zones, so they return calls at 6 AM Oregon time. Some of the people who attempted to help included Nathan Rogers, Kenya, Joanne and Yolanda. Keep your fingers crossed as it is rescheduled for today (the 18th).

Worst company -what a scam. Hidden fees, never sent a contract, doesnt pro rate, wont pick up the pods in timely manner, had to call and reschedule (hour hold times) when the pick up guy couldnt get it out because of rain (its the NW you would think thats something theyve delta with before). Also they charged us the wrong amount, set up our account incorrectly (we were locked out when we couldnt retrieve our password), after they fixed the amount they still took it out of the account anyway. Customer service is the worst and not cooperative. These people are just a nightmare please stay far away. Trust me its cheaper to get a uhaul and an actual unit with all their pick up fees etc.

Delivery was posted as 12:30pm to 3:30pm. Around 4:445 pm received call from Florida with a woman with an accent from India or Bangle Desh saying my POD would not be delivered today as they ahd truck troubles. Refused to give me local number, and conveniently, all managers are off duty at 4:30pm Pacific Time as call center is on east coast. Website gives a commitment that even if late, PODS would be delivered into late evening to get job done. Did NOT happen in my case.

If I vould give negative stars, I WOULD. NEVER EVER EVER USE PODS. These clowns have left their POD in my driveway for over THREE WEEKS now and say they cant come pick it up and the customer service is THE WORST. Meanwhile, since they havent been able to pick it up- theyre CHARGED ME FOR ANOTHER MONTHS RENT #SCAM and wont refund my money even though they tell me its being processed.. That was over ten days ago. Save yourself the headache and get a u-haul. EFF YOU PODS.

They dropped off at my house and blocked my garage. They never came to the door to let me know that they were here and now wont answer the phone so I can talk to them. I am not happy. Called customer no service folks and they are not helpful at all. This is horrible service and I would not recommend using them. Poor service and no communication.

Worst company to deal with ever. Keep billing my credit card extra for over a month they say they are refunding the money, but I never see it! Total crap! Will never use PODS again. If I could give them a zero star rating I would.

Would not pick up Pods as arranged. We had to pay an entire month on 2 Pods because they wee too busy to pick them up. PackRats is far more flexible, prompt and reliable. I will never use Pods again.

Needed a unit due for an event at church. Everything went smoothly from the 1st call to the final pickup. Customer service on the phone, and by the driver was outstanding. Definitely highly recommend.

Closing on our house. They told us the trucks broke down. Left an 800 number on the phone. They should have a priority list. We may not be able to close. Lose job. Etc.
