Used them twice. First time was good however they left their hand Truck at our house and we called several times and they never came to pick it up. The 2nd move was 1.5 years later and after the guys left our new home I noticed I was missing 2 ladders. I called Steve twice and still no return call. My Girlfriend also called as she set them up and No return call. Noticed my Freezer was badly damaged also. Crew never brought this up as it was obvious they did the damage. They do not mark each item to confirm you have everything. By not returning calls tells you a lot! Oh and by the way I kept their hand truck for 1.5 years and returned it to them when they moved us the 2nd time.

I have adjusted my review back to a five star review. It appears there was a series of miscommunications. I did receive a message telling me the best times to drop off my belongings. When I arrived, the staff and manager were gracious and apologetic. They made sure that everything was correct and thanked me for my business. They were polite and professional. I would recommend this business to others.

Horrible experience. Took a hour lunch break and 4 cigarette breaks & charged me for it. Damaged my sons crib & we had to buy all new hardware for it to be stable again. One of the workers was vaping the whole time & one was texting. No sense of uregency took their time so they could charge me more. Now trying to call to get some resolution & no return phone call.
