I was charged for bogus damage that never occurred. During my rental, the U-Haul was in a minor accident involving its side mirror and another vehicles side mirror. Fortunately, there was no damage to the U-Haul. My brother and I both looked over the mirror. There were no scratches, cracks, or dents anywhere. Only a little bit of dirt. I was able to move the mirror with ease and the mirror itself was not loose. When we returned the truck, we told the employee what had happened and he too looked at the mirror. He confirmed there was no damage and it was fine. I have a receipt saying $0 in damages. Two and a half weeks later I received a very vague voicemail from their insurance company Rep West that I owed money for damages to equipment. No mention of what equipment, what was damaged, what the damage was, or how much the cost would be. I called back (So far Ive now left a total of 3 messages, they have not once answered a call,) and left a message asking what damages there were because I was told the truck was fine. Days later they finally called back with another message saying the side mirror. Still no info on what the damages were or the cost. I called them back minutes after the missed call and still got a voicemail. I eventually got a letter (that was mailed to my old address) claiming$225 worth of damages. Its no surprise that Rep Wests rating is an embarrassing 1.1 stars. I would NEVER recommend that anyone use U-Haul or any company using Rep West. Online complaints for both are endless. There are other companies, just google moving or rental trucks.

I have used this location to move into and out of my apartment. Both times the staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. I didnt get hit with any BS charges, and they are one of tge faster places I have dealt with for processing your rental. (I have moved 20+ times) Most importantly, this is a large, well-stocked location. This matters a lot because U-haul frequently lets you rent equipment (trucks, dollies and trailers) that isnt actually available at the pick-up location, forcing you to go to another site to get your gear, which burns through your free mileage count. Of course, you CAN call and get mileage credit. Because who doesnt love waiting on hold to fix a problem someone else caused while driving a 26 truck in traffic. Anyway, this place is great and they usually have everything you need on the first try.

I want to sincerely thank Stuart for going above and beyond to ensure that I had a safe trip from Pittsburgh to Kansas. The car trailer we were supposed to use had a slow leak in the tire and he switched it out for a better tire in a timely fashion, helped get the seat belt working correctly, and even gave us his personal number in case we had problems along the way. I also used this facility for storing my stuff for about 9 months and they were always professional when I went in. Overall, VERY pleased with all of my interactions with this U-Haul site!!! I highly recommend seeing Stuart for any of your moving/storage needs.

After scheduling an appointment for a hitch installation they called me back and told me they werent sure when they could get to the car that day and that they would need it for 12 hours. I find it infuriating that they would bother to schedule Saturday appointments if they cant honor them and have the audacity to ask to keep my car for 12 hours for a 90 minute installation! The proper solution is to hire more help! Dont bother with this location. Go to North Hills Truck & Trailer!

I would highly recommend the uhaul in Etna. I scheduled a hitch installation online. Within a business day they called to set up my appointment. Scheduling and setting up was super easy! Upon arriving I was greeted by some of the nicest employees I have ever dealt with. The customer service here is out of this world! The hitch looks great and the service was great. Thank you guys for such a good experience from start to finish!
