A little over a month ago, my wife and I rented a 5 x 5 storage space at Extra Space Storage in West Mifflin. Cheryl was extremely helpful and courteous during this process and my wife and I are very satisfied with both our storage space and the facility its in. And while we are very happy to be living in Pittsburgh, our move to Pittsburgh from Minnesota was nonetheless a grueling one, and to have something work as smoothly as storing our extra things at Extra Space has is nothing to sneeze at. Have been renting here since 2013, actually have 2 separate units here at this current moment and LOVE it! Have rented units in the past and continue coming back! By far the best prices around (I checked 4 other places). Highly recommend extra space! Units are clean and very easy to access. Manager is very helpful and on top of absolutely everything, which is wonderful! Couldnt be happier with a storage place! Keep up the awesome work Cheryl!

From the time I took a look at the storage online and placed an inquiry, until the unloading of my things, everything was handled very professionally. The unit was clean, staff on hand was quick, polite, professional, and helpful. Other storage facilities in the area need to follow this example, return phone calls, follow-up on reservation, and be POLITE! I have had a wonderful experience, using Extra Space Storage - the facilities are clean, and exactly how they are advertised. The staff has been very helpful, in several states, as I had to do a remote reservation in SC to rent a space in PA. The pricing is very good too, and my first months rent was free! I recommend trying these folks first!
