These guys are great! I had actually made a reservation down the street at a different storage place but when I showed up on Dec. 30th, they were closed and were not open until Jan. 3rd! I searched for the closest alternative and found Extra Space Storage. I called, they asked what I needed, they had exactly what I was looking for, and they offered me my first month FREE! Erika, the manager, called me right after I set my reservation, and she introduced myself and gave me directions there. She was very kind and flexible and allowed me to unload my things first (since I had a group of friends waiting to help me) before filling out and signing the paper work. She was very nice and helpful. I would recommend using this location for storage to everyone I know. Thanks Erika!

My recent experience of moving from new jersey to south Carolina was a nightmare,all because of the problems I was having with public storage.that was the case until I called extra space,you company made this move so much easier,with only a phone call.upon arriving to may bank highway.I had several calls with Sabrina and her associate.they were the first people we met in the state of s.c. and what a welcome surprise.they very very friendly a so help full.very professional,and they loved much puppies.we were so great full for their expertise .thank you Sabrina.

Ive been storing at this location for both personal and business for a couple of years now (from when it was "smart stop" and through the transition to "extra space") and the customer service from every staff member has been exceptional. Pricing was always fair, especially since I signed up through the online booking, and there have not been any excessive changes in price during my time there. If you need storage I would highly recommend this location!

I would recommend Extra Space Storage on Maybank to anyone. The manager Sabrina is a gem. She went out of her way to help me save some money, and even offered to personally help me empty my unit when she knew I was doing it alone and in a hurry. The gentleman who got me set up was very helpful and friendly as well; they really treat you like old friends. Even if they didnt have some of the best deals in town, Id go with them on sheer principle!

I spoke with Sabrina on the phone before coming in. She was kind, helpful and very interested in making things as easy and pleasant for me. When I came in she helped me pick the best unit for me and she was patient and courteous.
