I made a few mistakes on my end. Which I readily admitted, apologized repeatedly, and attempted to fix in a timely manner. Despite my best efforts we were unable to resolve or even discuss those issues. Ive been in this business for awhile and Ive never been treated like this before. Ive always been able to resolve situations to the satisfaction of both parties. This was completely bizarre and i was left dumbfounded by how incredibly hostile and unreasonable the one technician was. Rude and unprofessional would be describing her behaviour in the nicest of terms. Thats been over a month ago and I still dont understand it. Just be aware. Their work was great. No complaints at all on the first job they did for me. From there however, not so much.
